CDTA Navigator

This app still shows the old outdated CDTA maps and schedules for #370 and #355 before February 5, 2017. These two bus routes do now have service to the Rivers Casino in Schenectady that began on February 5, 2017. I wonder when those two routes will be updated on this app? This app doesn't have that just like what the CDTA route schedule pamphlets for those two routes I mentioned above do now have. This app still shows these two old CDTA route maps and schedules before February 5, 2017 that date back from 2015 or 2016. These CDTA routes maps and two schedules on this app needed to be updated much sooner.

This app tells you wrong info all the time. Sometimes it doesn't tell you anything. Then you call the help line and either their 'gps is down' or they tell you wrong info. This app has left me waiting out in the cold for hours at a time. Better just to pick up a schedule on the bus, and make sure you leave early AF.

"Real time" bus arrivals may or may not be accurate - trust at your own risk! Really wish they'd just give all the buses trackers and let me see where the bus is in real time as a dot on Google maps

This app [expletive]ing sucks. The predicted arrival times for all of the buses shown in it are completely off.

Very inaccurate, bus times do not coincide with actual bus arrival times.

The app is never updated. The stops aren't changed, times aren't updated. You're better looking at a schedule and guessing.

Leave it to CDTA to make things harder with this app. If you need to be somewhere important, DO NOT RELY ON THE APP. It's fine for a ballpark range for arrival times but any other option is better than CDTA. Alerts and reroutes don't show up until hours after they are found. Real time should be renamed to uneducated guess time. Just walk, it's good for you and it's free.

Used to be a great app, now all i get when I put in a rout I need is google saying i need to put in my gmail address, just what does my gmail have to do with the bus route. I get to the point where i want to just throw my phone. It used to be so much better.

Excellent app if you use it for the bus stop departures feature. Easiest way to use is to enter the number on the sign into the box on the "stops" page and wait after selecting the stop. Just wish I could set that page as the default! QR codes on the bus stop poles would make this even better!

Used to be a great app. Now route and schedule times are wrong, won't show local stops even with gps on, freezes constantly! CDTA you need to fix this garbage app ASAP!!!

Was stuck for an extra hour to then be brought back to the town I just came from without stopping at the last THREE stops WTF...WRONG TIMES AND STOPS? BAD BUSINESS

This app was suppose to have that feature that allows for tap and go payments through your phone.

The app is useless. It gives incorrect times and half the time doesn't even pull up stops or routes, just says "no stops found".... even when you're standing in one. (And yes, GPS is on)

I've used this app for a long time and while the trip planner always freezes, the route and stop information WAS very useful but NOT ANYMORE. 3 times in the last month when I checked the arrival time for the 522 it showed an arrival time at a specific stop 10 - 15 minutes later than the bus actually arrived! When I mentioned this to my last driver she said: "Never use the app! It's wrong! Only use the paper schedules!". That's fine if you happen to have one and if it's current!! This app needs to be fixed!

On the navigator flyer is says smartphone users will be able to download our free IRide mobile app and purchase fares with credit card or debit card but I do not see that on this application Plus you need to improve the times when the buses arrive because this application be messing up a lot

Bus system only runs for about 18 hours a day. Late night workers or party people good luck on getting a ride after 10pm. No door to door drop off daily to the only major airport in Albany.

I ride the bus a lot especially when I go to work, shopping, appointments, or other recreational activities. Their schedules are convenient, especially on its CDTA app.

I'm new to using public transportation, so this app is a life saver. I use this almost daily to get around.

Hey, CDTA... It's 2016; when do we get real-time arrivals on routes other than 905?

Basically it does what the website does. If you had the ability to see where a bus is on Google maps it would make it worthwhile to download the app. I uninstalled. Just download the pdf files off the website and you can just view them on your phone.

times need to be updated and more accurate... would help if it had bus real-time

It's not helpful at all can't see late busses times or the earlier busses

Trip planner is useless, can't select choices like the app is frozen, force closes all the time... Come on CDTA, I'll pay for an app that actually works!

Bus times vary between 10-30 minutes, barely updates times in a timely fashion. It's cold, try to be more accurate
