Won't let me log in. On wifi or cell, it says, "Unable to connect to MyCarolinas." I have an online account that works just fine. Also can't request an appointment with a doctor because the Location search doesn't work.

It has quit working properly on my phone and tablet. Response from Provider not in Inbox, found some responses in Sent message - although their response used abbreviations I did not understand. Reported issues, nothing fixed yet.Still not fixed - not worth screwing with...

Not only is it lacking a My HR option...I now find that u can't compete a request for a doctors appointment.

I loved it before the update. Now it won't let me sign in with my fingerprint although it gives the check off box that shows it is an option. That was an important feature. Please fix it.
