To those complaining about the app, you can add a new payment method on their website. After you do that, the app works fine. This app makes it much easier to pay for over night parking so I don't have to get up at 630 every day to pay.

It was working OK previously, but as many others have mentioned, the phone app currently will not accept a new credit card. Therefore this app is now USELESS to us. Please fix!

If your city uses this app they must really hate you, it is ridiculously slow to the point where the time it takes to add a credit card you could go back to your house and get Pocket Change faster, besides the point of how frustrated I am right at this very moment I as a techy enthusiast realize just how bad this app is. To the developer I say this, please look into a better netcode/servers or an already developed system that you can make your own. It looks nice but its very glichy and takes too long.

This app worked fine once. The second time I used it, the payment for parking didn't register and it cost me a $30 ticket! Do yourself a favor and save the frustration by paying at a kiosk. This app Sucks!!!

Worked fine last year. Now cannot add a credit card. Spinning wheel spun for hours. Never timed out, never added card. Terrible software/service.

This app is difficult to use. Ugly. Confusing. And doesn't support visa debit. Im sure glad my city did their research before signing up (sarcasm)

This app sucks, big time. Crashes and logs you out randomly. Cannot update credit card info either. Easier to pay the meter.

Well I just installed it, made an account and saved a credit card in under 2 minutes. As long as paying for parking is just as smooth I'll leave it at 4 stars. Will update after first transaction. Using on an LG G4 in Saskatoon.

Works terrific, I'm convinced that it works perfect for most people but there's no incentives for them to give the app a good review but if it doesn't work they give a bad review

I can no longer log into my account. No choice now but to use a credit card in the curbside machine. Crappy app. We should switch to ParkByPhone.

Took less than two minutes to install, add card and vehicle info and pay. No more running back outside to "top up"

App should also require CVV code when entering your credit card. The app seems pretty simple and basic to me.

This app is not in service anymore. There is no vendor on the backend to even accept your credit card information so when you enter the credit card you just get a loading circle that never stops. The automatic programming behind it will send you an e-mail confirming your registration but it all stops there.

Just downloaded it and it doesn't work. Only downloaded it because I am having issues paying at the machine.

Took 15 minutes, restarting the app, and entering my credit card twice just to park. Somehow they have managed to take the process of paying for parking at a kiosk and made it worse.

Tried using 4G and WiFi. Enter number,expiration, security code. Click "Continue" and then screen goes dark with spinning circle. Then you are stuck. Have to kill it. Worthless.

Does not work for me in a phone with the latest OS for our downtown parking system - which specifies this particular app.

I got a $30 citation today because the app recorded a different parking lot than it displayed. Not the first time I've had this issue with it. Not worth the problems.
