Sleepy Seal computes sleep cycles, allowing you to set an alarm that will wake you between cycles. Waking up during a sleep cycle makes you feel groggy and tired, but when waking up between sleep cycles, you'll feel refreshed and well rested.
Sleepy Seal allows you to set an alarm in two ways.
- Sleep Now: if you're going to sleepy now, it will provide you with a list of times to choose from to wake up. It computes how long you should sleep for, and it also takes into account the 14 minutes it takes for the average person to fall asleep.
- Wake up at: if you know when you should wake up, you can set an alarm for that time, and Sleepy Seal will list the best times to go to sleep if you want to wake between cycles.
When setting an alarm, it will use the system alarm clock. If you have more than one alarm configured, then it will ask which one you want to use.

The apps that track sleep through motion and sound don't work for me. This app is simple and straight forward to use.
