Bomb Sight for Android
Map doesn't display on Galaxy S7 and the camera feature crashes the app. Would have been a great app though if it had worked.
Doesn't work on Pixel
Does not work
It would be wonderful if it worked
Been waiting for this.
The map stopped middle of 2016 and the eye view is not fit for purpose.
The map no long works on my android device's.
This was a wonderful app. However it became partly incompatible with a variety of points including the Nexus and Pixel. In particular, it would crash with the mapping vr function which was the best thing about it. What a pity.
As of July 2016 the mapping interface is not working. Info useless without the map.
Crashes when I try to search. Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge. Shame. Not even compatible with my Nexus 7 (2012 model)
An excellent app, has to be used with the Bomb Damage Atlas which shows every bomb site in the Second World War. Additionally where the V1s and V2s landed
No longer works on galaxy S6 edge plus.
I loved this app and used it frequently but now the map doesn't work. I believe it's Mapquest's fault, not the app developers. I hope it can be fixed soon.

Found the app very slow and laggy to scroll across the map. Unfortunately unless you live in London it can only be used to see where the bombs are mapped. I no longer live in London but wishing to research family wartime history for Eltham and New Cross it really isn't any help.
I have a book called Hitler v havering which accurately displays dates and location of bombs and flying rockets but none appear on the bombsight maps
My mums side of the family lived in Lewisham on pascoe road and leahurst road my nan was bombed out twice 1st incentry in pascoe road and 2nd in leahurst road. It would be great to know when these bombs actually fell and I am doing some research into family history. Postcode location would be good to add too. The maps a little slow to load. But otherwise its a good app :)
Its good but you cant use it when not walking in London, can it have an additional use added to be used anywhere in the Country like a Post code search etc?? Regards Colin L
Shame you don't show the V1 and V2 sites and not just high explosive. The air mines are correct as my nan lived in Brixton in the blitz and asked her about the air mine that was dropped on the high street. She said she went in to a air raid shelter once and never again as it was full of rats so she just went to the pub in a air raid from then on... made me laugh

Needs to be a touch faster, but great idea.
Could be improved with the ability to search by postcode.
Amazing that two high explosive bombs went off at Stamford Bridge, one near the south goal and another where the East Stand is. Impressive.
Not bad

A great idea but not thought through for phone app. Needs a map search facility or all the points overwhelm the memory of my Samsung G3 mini phone. Very slow.
Finally I can walk trough London and see llive where bombs fell. Works great on my phone.
Now I can see where bombs exploded
Would be even better if it would be possible to be able to merge with satellite imagery too as well as the main map

Doesn't work on Google Pixel. I've used this on my Droid and worked a treat.
