About Custom Image Dice
Simple app that allows you to create custom dice with your images on dice sides and then roll these dice. Additionally it allows you to create custom card decks with your images as cards and then draw cards from these decks.
Main idea of this app is to help boardgamers to try out print and play games, that require custom dice to play. Alternatively this app can be used as replacement for special dice found in many boardgames, or as simple image randomizer.

Great app, and really useful. However, the custom deck function is significantly marred by the "hand" functionality. It absolutely needs to let you view the "cards in hand" the same way you can already view the cards in deck. Saving the deck state when you move from deck to dice or between multiple decks would also be fantastic.

Nice and simple dice app. The feature for cards is pretty lacking. If you want to use something for card images you would be better off just creating a regular photo album. The card feature is odd, you can shuffle and draw but all you can see is the last card drawn, not your whole hand. Also would be better if the image selection was in a visual album format instead of a list of file names.

This is a beautiful app, allowing me to create my custom cards and dice to play my custom card /board games. I love the ability to import, export, add unlimited images, discard, shuffle, etc. The only thing missing for me is I need to be able to see my hand like I can see the discard pile, and select a card to discard from all the cards in my hand not just the last card drawn. It would be really cool if I could play with the same deck with another android user. Many thanks to the creator, amazing app!

Great idea and simple app! I keep getting an "Import Failed: Unknown Error" when trying to import a dice set from their site though.

Fantastic! I needed to playtest something with lots of custom dice per player. With CID, I created each custom die, then specified how many of each are in the standard dice pool. From there, each player can add and remove those custom dice to/from their pool for any given turn, and just reset the pool for next turn. It can even export and import configurations, making it easy to get new players set up. It can import from Drive (brilliant); however, sadly, it cannot [yet] directly export to Drive, so you have to go into drive, then fish the file system for the zip file.

I needed an app to replace a D12 that had each roll result removed from the remaining rollable ones, and this did exactly that with ease! The ability to use custom images is also a welcome treat.

There it's a bug where you can't draw the last carda you added to a deck they never go out in the draws, the only way to see them it's exporting the deck, the import and deleting the bugged deck. Making it a bit meh if you want to update the deck again. Fix it and you will get 5/Stars :> Edit: Tried to make a custom dice with a image, the app crashes when I try to run the that dice set. There it´s a limit in the size / extension etc for the custom images? Edit2: Tried to load a custom dice set from other person and the app crashes.. Edit3: Seems like the crash got fixed by cleaning the cache.

Been making a custom board games with cards for a while now, but never fully get out of the beta stage as there's no way to fully test my card draws without printing them (which can get costly) or writing them out (which is utterly time consuming) for other players to use... This will do nicely. One suggestion though: A Hand (cards drawn that can be limited to an amount, and be discarded from) feature would be beautiful!

Works great for my custom created cards for Shadows of Brimstone. I'd like to have a card back art option that shows as a thumbnail in the list of decks and as the default image when shuffling a deck.

Nice flexibility and utility, clean interface. Can be hard to tell sometimes if the dice were really rolled (when the result doesn't change), please make the "roll" animation more obvious; a sound effect would be nice too.

I excitedly made my own dice and the app crashed every time I tried to use them. Disappointing. Turns out the app can't handle .PNG files. I recreated the dice with .JPGs and it works.

Need to be able to draw a card, then go roll some dice, then come back to the deck where we left it. This has some rralal potential that I would gladly pay for. Also could we have an option to group decks and dice by game? Aso to have catd front so first card is not viewable

Oh my God this is awesome. I just took screen shots of Deep Space D-6 rulebook and made custom dice in less than 10 minutes. It took me like two hours to make 5 custom dice last week. And you can freeze dice in place until you get what you need to add them back to supply. Too perfect! Doing 30 Rails next.
