Does not work rooted or via USB, emailed several times with no reply. How is this even on the Google store if all they do is charge $5 for a product that doesn't even work?

I got one frame the first time then nothing. Don't get that

Tried this app a couple of years ago and it did nothing but crash. Decided to try again, new phone, new laptop, new software install....still crashes.

I found this impossible to configure and very buggy.

It doesn't work on Windows 64-bit, only 32-bit! Don't waste your time!!!

I am using an s4, rooted, and I can connect it to the client on windows 7 64bit. However it just stays on the black screen saying connected first frame loading. Please resolve.

I've reached out twice for help with getting this paid purchase to work and they ignore my emails both time. Now I'm uninstalling

Some annoyance on the accuracy of detecting mouse clicks from the PC client keeps this from getting five stars. It could also use a password feature to make sure not everyone with a client can view your phone.

After successful connection it shows black screen on rooted Nexus5. USB connection method does not work either (the server does not start). Don't buy this piece of crap.

Ive got this working on an HTC one mini 2 and Google Nexus 9 Tablet which are both not rooted. I need to display an app on my macbook for work and this does the job perfectly. Thank you!

Couldn't get it to work. Can't install in linux, and windows program just blackscreens. I tried vmlight vnc server and that worked. (Samsung S4)

The Windows application get stuck on the first attempt. I have a rooted Galaxy S4 I9505.

Emailed developer to seek help running app on my computer but no response. Emailed a second time for a refund and still no response. It's been a few days now. Very disappointing app and service.

The mouse input did not work , Also if you can add "Start up on boot" that wall be great , and keep crashes all the time

TCP binding error over USB across multiple Android versions and ROMs. No response from dev by email or support forum after weeks. Works great over WiFi.

Shows black screen

Took a chance and no root on my phone caused me ro bootstrap with USB. Would have been nice to know.

The Windows and Android applications worked fine, just some of the functionality is broken, such as direct mouse input via desktop. I'm sure an upcoming update will fix these small bugs.

I am on CM12 and the desktop client does not work, it only shows a black screen. It worked back then.

The app works fine, but my Galaxy s4 running lollipop 5.0 won't charge whenever I run the bbqscreen app.

well. I am able to mirror my screen to my pc but there is no mouse input for both my rooted samsung note 8.0 on kitkat and Moto X (2nd gen) on lollipop. In addition, my frame rate was very low for both devices on wifi. Any advice to fix this?

When i run, on client app (windows) just show blank screen "connect to 192...." :-(

Greap app. Especially because no root is required.

I'm running the Nexus 6 on 5.1 connecting to my mac and haven't had any issues with the app. Does exactly what I need.

Maybe non-root works for Windows, but it certainly doesn't work on Linux. I even tried using Wine. Still no dice!

Was able to install BBQScreen on my HTC One M8 with a broken screen. Turned on USB debugging. But for some reason a gray bar stays at the bottom of the screen and all I can read is`; "our Play Store" "gain." I'm guessing the license can't be found? When I click the gray bar a popup pops over but all I can see is 50% in a big font. I really don't get it. Phone is rooted. I also can't toggle the switch at the top. If the license works this app should work and then I can set up my phone as a remote camera with something like camiocam. Aw yeah! :p The app should have a 'broken screen mode' than can be turned on by a series of taps. After the last tap it vibrates and you tap in a region where the screen is still functioning. All useful information will be placed there and perhaps a mini wizard or something to get the service going. Like root mode or not, turn on automatically, show IP.

Have a Samsung Galaxy S4 with Android 4.2.2 and I installed the program on my Windows 7 PC and the app on my phone. I enabled USB Debugging like the support page mentioned above, and followed the directions and it worked perfectly. What a great tool. I do online training and it was a real hit for participants to be able to view my phone as I taught them about utilizing apps and tools on my phone. Very crisp image with a little lag, not much. Auto rotated when I played a video. Thank You. I couldn't get Samsung SideSync to work at all, so glad I found this.

Nexus 5 w/4.4.3 running ART and TowelRoot.Running client 2.2.1 w/server 2.2.3 (both latest versions available as of 20140621). Connects, but video freezes on PC constantly. Touches on client still affect phone. Requires disconnect/reconnect to get video working again. Lasts about 30 seconds to a minute.
