Austin Telco FCU Mobile App

It will not get past the home screen. I have literally let this app sit for over 30min, and it is still stuck on the blue screen with the picture of downtown on it. The app use to work just fine, before the latest update, but I don't know what happened.

Cannot deposit checks on mobile. Requests updating to newest version but I have the newest version. Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, still same issue. Mobile deposit is a fundamental need for banking apps so I can't believe this hasn't been fixed yet. UI is just OK, nothing great. No option for fingerprint login which is disappointing.

Updated review for new version: Having good experience with the new app. Good usability design, and good performance. So much improved over the earlier and entirely different app. OLD VERSION REVIEW: This app is not that great, Telco. On my latest phone, Nexus 5x, the app flips the feed from the camera 180degrees, and it is so hard to aim with everything reversed. Sessions can time out in the middle of a mobile deposit, without any idle time. And the interface is clunky. You can build a better app than this in Austin, it's not like you can't find the developers!

Literally the only thing I want to use the app for is to deposit checks and for some reason, that function does not work. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and have tried the app on two different phones. No luck.

Love the app. I've seen a lot of negative reviews concerning mobile deposit. I have not had any issues. AND this app is miles ahead of my other credit union. Just wish the Android version had touch ID like the Apple version!

I liked the app before, now I can't get it to work at all. It freezes on the initial start-up screen of the downtown skyline. All my other apps are working fine. I've restarted my phone, I've un and re-installed the app a half dozen times. I'm very frustrated.

Most of the app works great, but STILL unable to use mobile deposit. Originally it was because I was a "new" user registering after the beginning of the year, now the app is just unresponsive when I try to enter in the deposit amount or capture an image.

The deposit check feature still does not work, which makes the app entirely useless for me, and is making me consider changing credit unions. I have had to keep another account open just so I can deposit checks on my phone.

Finally logged in to new app after it continued to spin non-stop the first few tries. Glad to see the app finally includes *some* features previously available desktop only, but would expect to see more, if not all, like other mobile banking apps offer. Would also like to see you catch up with technology and offer a biometric login.

The mobile deposit doesn't work. The picture handling of the front of the check seems to work alright, but it can't take a picture of the back of the check that will work at all. It makes it all contrast and no content. Very frustrating.

One of my most favored features on the app before the most recent update was the fact you would see your pending transactions. Deposit or withdrawal and now I am not able to see either.

I tried to use the mobile deposit feature AFTER updating to the latest version and after I take the photo it says "mobile deposit unavailable please update to the latest version of the APP. Not helpful.

Mobile deposit is a waste of time. Makes me take picture but then tells me to update app; I just downloaded the darn app.

Terrible app, honestly the worst banking app I've ever used. Their IT clearly needs some desperate help! Can't even do mobile deposit, tells you to upgrade to the latest version (i.e. the version I have).

This app WAS okay but now it wont get past the initial picture when I try to open the app. The mobile deposit used to not work but then it worked okay for me before the latest glitch. It has been unreliable. I deleted and reloaded but that did not help. I am on Samsung Galaxy S3.

Used the same version on iOS, and no fingerprint touch id on android. It's a shame, because there are no shortage of developers in ATX and its a simple functionality that would change the entire accessibility of the app.

This app is horrible! It won't let you log into it. Ever time I have an issue I need to go to the bank for them to trouble shoot it.

REMOTE DEPOSIT NOT AVAILABLE error message and tells me to upgrade, but this is the latest. The only reason I downloaded the app was to remote deposit.

Yikes! Unable to see pending deposits or withdrawals. I miss the previous version.

Same problem as others ...ap won't take mobile deposits. Says I need the updated version, which I have. Very frustrating!

I can't make mobile deposits anymore and this seems to be a long running problem with the new version. It needs to be fixed.

Mobile deposit initially didn't work. Emailed ATFCU and they fixed it. Nice!

Everything with this app is great except it will not let you mobile deposit.
