The app is wonderful, checking balances and transferring money is a snap. However mobile deposit has a quirk, it sometimes will tell you that mobile deposit is unavailable AFTER you go and take pictures of the check front and back... it should just be unavailable altogether instead of me wasting time making a deposit that doesn't go through. I would give it 4.5 stars though and would change it to a 5 if there wasn't that one frustrating bug.

Really like being able to put my money in the bank without going to the bank, very convenient. A little hard to get the camera to work, but it's all good when it does....so far:)

Come on i wrote down my UN and PW. Awefully pathetic that there isny a recover pw or un option. Why do i have to do so many security questions to not take advantage or recovery?

Never fails that the mobile deposit has a issue.. either my deposite limit amount is $0.00 or it informs me rhat mobile deposit is not available please try again later.... what is the deal i need to deposit money almost every couple of days this is not ok.

Click on the ACU icon to open app but it says network connection error. Won't go to screen to put userid and login. Its been like this for 2 days so far and tends to do this every once in a while. Please fix asap.

Wow, I had a problem with the app and in less than 24 hours I was called and helped with my situation,

It's functional... But it seems tedious to do pretty much anything. It would be nice for a more aesthetic look, as well as a fingerprint scanner login.

The App will pull up, but the part to put your user name and password screen doesn't come up at all. Please fix

I would deposit a check thru the app and instant available cash. Best thing especially when you are out of town, need to cover a check and get cash anywhere!!!

Update!! I restarted my phone since I looked up how I could fix it. If you are having the same issue I suggest restarting your phone. It fixed my issue. (The App opens however it stays on the main page and a message comes up saying , "A network connection error has occurred". )

Says my password is wrong even though it's been the same password since I opened my account online. I have to reset it every time. Drives me nuts!

The only constant issue I have is making deposits, I get a lot of amount is different from what you capture, when the pictures are clear and amount correct. Fix that!please

I've had this app before on my tablet and even on my current phone; but, I believe the new update most likely is the problem. Everytime I try to log on it doesn't remember my account ID and when I log in I try to see my share history and it just doesn't do anything. One more thing is that it does not update my account balances. PLEASE DEVELOPERS FIX THIS PROBLEM! It was working great about 6 months ago and since then all it says is no connection every time. Now I have to go to my computer when I get home.

Huawei - works well - no issues - even keeps my user name locked - I don't care for the Arrowhead site - I'd like to look at an actual statement not just pre selected sections - its hard to navigate even with this phones huge screen - the icon is not too attractive the all white blends into my background. No real issues - my carrier is Metro and I don't like MetroPCS but they're cheap and I do pinch pennies.

I recently moved away from all arrowhead branches but love their service. So with the app now offering mobile deposits, I knew we could keep our account even though we don't live close. I don't have many co-op CUs around, so this is my only option w/o changing companies. But the mobile deposit feature keeps telling me that it's "not available at this time" even though I've used it before. Fix this, and you'll get 5 stars again!

So I have had the app for over a year and never had a problem with it. Now just out of the blue it stops working. I'm in the need of this app to work. It was easy for me to just look up my account. Now I'm back to automated calls. Not good. I received help from ACU! received a call the next day about my issue with app. Britney stayed on the phone with me until this matter was fixed. I love Arrowheads Tech. Customer Service. Grate job Britney. I'm back on my App.

Ever since the last update, the app constantly has connection issues and times out a lot. I cannot even do trasnfers anymore - keep getting an error that says the feature is not available. In comparison to other banking apps, Arrowhead's is very archaic and basic. It's not convenient.

Connection issues ALWAYS & mobile deposit doesn't work due to connection issues. It's been like this for MONTHS how about fix your scrappy app?

Compared to other banking apps (i.e. bank of america, chase and capitol one) arrowhead credit union's mobile app and website are just not up to par. There's absolutely no way of seeing your account number or routing number, their "bill pay" doesn't work with my student loans so i need to the able to access my account info. The app is basic you can see how much you have and do transfers. Unfortunately anything more is a waste to try to do

I love using this app.... It's changed as in its no longer letting me transfer from my account to my wife's account... It stopped working sometime around October.... What's Up With That... Note I no longer live near an arrowhead branch so that sucks but thank god for union branch sharing... Please fix it IT crew
