Diese App ist ausschließlich für Teilnehmer der AWARE Beobachtungsstudie gedacht, die der Erfassung von klinischen Daten aus dem Praxisalltag dient.
Mit der App „EvaluSkin“ können Patienten, die an einer chronischen Urtikaria erkrankt sind, ihren Krankheitsverlauf ganz einfach in Form eines persönlichen Tagebuchs dokumentieren. Daher ist ein Login erforderlich, der aus einer Patientennummer und einem Passwort besteht.

Sie als Nutzer können zwischen drei verschiedenen elektronischen Tagebüchern wählen, die spezifisch für Ihr Krankheitsbild ausgewählt werden können. Wie bei allen Tagebüchern, sollten Eintragungen täglich erfolgen.

Tagebuch „Angioödeme“:
Angaben zu Lokalisierung und Stärke der Schwellungen anhand einer Körpersilhouette und eines Fragebogens (AAS).

Tagebuch „Urtikaria Aktivitäts Score (UAS)“:
Erfassung der Symptome der chronischen spontanen Urtikaria (csU).

Tagebuch „Induzierbare chronische Urtikaria“ (ciU):
Erfassung von Auslösern und Vermeidungsverhalten der induzierbaren Urtikaria.

Durch die tägliche Eintragung Ihrer Krankheitssymptome können Sie statistische Auswertungen über Wochen oder Monate vornehmen. Es empfiehlt sich, die Statistiken bei jedem Arztbesuch vorzulegen, damit der Arzt sich über Ihre Erkrankung möglichst effizient ein Bild machen kann. This app is designed exclusively for participants of the AWARE observational study, which is used to record clinical data from the daily practice.

You as a user can choose between three different electronic diaries, which can be specifically selected for your medical condition. As with all diaries, records should be made daily.

Diary "angioedema":
Information on location and strength of the swelling using a body silhouette and a questionnaire (AAS).
 
Diary "urticaria activity score (UAS)":
Detection of the symptoms of chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU).

Diary "Inducible chronic urticaria" (CIU):
Collection of triggers and avoidance behavior of inducible urticaria.

Through the daily registration of your symptoms, you can make statistical analyzes of weeks or months. It is advisable to submit the statistics at every visit so that the doctor can make about your condition as efficiently as possible a picture.
