It was really good, but for the last 3 weeks has been dropping out. AnonymousVPN: Don't claim the problem will be fixed in 30 minutes!.. Your team has been on my issue for 2 days and I don't get responses for up to 6 hours. Do I now get a refund? Awaiting your response...

So easy to use This app is so easy to use it's crazy and it works great honestly. I see people here complaining about buying a monthly subscription or a yearly subscription and not getting a refund but if you click the terms and conditions (which you should be looking at anyways) there's an option for a 3-day trial for $2.00 give it a shot and if you don't like it don't get a subscription lol it's easy as that. I 100% recommend this app

Runs OK but keeps dropping out leaving me exposed. App doesn't have option to email you or shut down device when exposed. Also I would be lucky to get a max speed of 10mbps on a 100mbps connection using the app. Outside of those problems not a bad app for the price.

The speed did not change at all, and there is no option to take my card number. Am afraid i'll be charge for a rip off app this is the app recommended by popcorn time app. New way to steal money from the people. Beware!!

Why does it keep telling me error? My password is correct as is my username. I've un- installed and re installed and still says same thing.

This app was recommended via Popcorn Time. I tried it and it does not disguise my vpn and streaming activities. Im still getting warning messages from my internet provider Rogers. This shouldnt be the case if this app disguised my vpn.

I tried to watch a movie on Netflix that isn't available in the U.S. and it will not allow me to watch. I thought this work on everything. I'm about to cancel my subscription I'm too upset.

Doesn't want to log in on my Samsung Galaxy Mega. Kept on saying wrong user or pass. Funny thing, the same credential works fine on my Windows PC. What's the story here?

App initially wouldn't connect, device reboot solved issue. Developer responded that "I should have contacted them". If I'm paying for a service, it should work out of the box.

Im super frustrated. We have paid for the entire year in full and the payments are on our CC statements. Connection very slow. We have contacted customer support and they advised us to uninstall, restart our tablet and reinstall the app. We've done all of that and now we are trying to log back in and we keep getting the "DNS RESOLVING" message and then the app shuts down. Very annoying as we have already paid for the app for the entire year. Its a great app....when its working (about 30 % of the damn time). Unless this is resolved, I wouldn't recommend this app to other potential users. Buy one that works instead.

DO NOT BUY.. SLOWS PHONE DOWN THAT YOU CAN NOT EVEN USE IT AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE.. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET A HOLD OF THEM FOR A MONTH TO ISSUE ME MY REFUND NO SUCH LUCK CAN USE APP AND CAN HAVE MY MONEY REFUNDED AND MY DUMB A$$ PAYED FOR A WHOLE YEAR.. DONt DO IT

Great app. They answered all of my dumb questions, and we're very prompt on doing so. Glad I chose Anonymous, you will be too.

For the last month or so speed has increased substantially. It was very slow but now it's very fast. They must have made substantial improvements. I hope the speed keep up.

Just bought it a day a go because another app insisted it. It worked just one day and now keeps giving me an error message when correct login has been entered. Do not buy!!! And I expect a full refund.

Downloaded this app because it insisted that another app I was trying to use required it and would cost $5.00 for a yearly subscription, entered visa details only to find out $110 would be deducted upfront and be billed annually. No thanks. Very misleading and I expect a full refund asap!

Horrible. This app doesn't work on my Samsung Note 5. Worked with support and they determined it isn't compatible with the Samsung Note 5.

I've been using this on my phone and my laptop for more than a week. Most of the times, I don't even notice it's there, which lives up to their advertisement. The only time I'm having trouble is when I try to use my phone to connect to chrome cast, it doesn't work with anonymous VPN on, I have to disable it. I'm not sure whether this is a Google problem or VPN problem.

I've had it for almost a year now and have never had even one issue with the app or vpn service. Only thing I would like to see is to be able to install it on my Amazon firestick

I started with the original version, hopefully this new version will boost speeds. My Internet provider gives me 100mbp and when connected I would only get 5-10mbp if that. I haven't tried this V2 version yet but it does boast faster speeds. ***Also your login to the homepage is NOT the same as your log in to the app itself. At the bottom of your homepage you will see your app username and password*****

It's an amazing app, i bough the year subscription for 69.99 then asked for refund to get the monthly subscription and i got my money back in 3 days! They have a really good communication and they respond me back within a minute.

I was instructed to download this app to use in conjunction with another app. This app keeps causing the other app to perform extremely slow or crash altogether. I have paid for a year subscription and am not sure how to proceed.

Love it. Great work guys I have been using this service for last couple of months and it works seamlessly. Using on my mobile and laptop. Really happy with the money I spent. Sometimes it doesn't connect on the laptop, but most of the time restarting the laptop does the trick

Was looking for a Free Vpn on Google Play, stumbled across this decided to go with it. Installed and tried to create an account and it wants me to pay. This is not a Free VPN.

Horrible waste of the $12.00. Sorry but why provide something that you charge monthly/yearly for but you can't speed up the downloads. A snail could make it a mile before this app finishes downloading something. REFUND!!!! REFUND!!!!
