I dislike this is the ONLY way to look at my credit card account information or pay. The app has not worked on my phone for awhile a week. I have called and called in regards to this and gotten no where. I can sign in and then when i go to see transactions or pay the app is white besides the top where it said account summary. Extremely annoying and frustrating. I can now no longer view my account from my phone in anyway.

It seems to this user that the app has at least one glitch that needs to be worked out. The Customer service rep. informed me that all users are locked out of the credit card app at this point in time. Also, he mentioned that it was an error that should be resolved soon (at least I hope). The reason for my inquiry was because my password has been locked out and cannot be reset.

With the new update to my phone I can not get into the app and pay my bill.. such an inconvenience
