This is a brilliant app. The server is awesome too. Oh and it's free.

Connects ok, trouble is that only the shares show remotely, the Apps are unavailable unless on the LAN even though its set to Autodetect.

When changing shares and settings the app never syncs to the new setup

Great app, should have a download file option. At least on my device only have a share option.

What's the point?

Seems like an excellent start, and then nothing. Is anyone home? Myself and the other 5 customers would like for you to continue doing the work! I like all of the things about Amahi so far, but it seems dead. Like the company is only alive in spirit on the web.

Never left a review on play store before...only reason I left a review here is because I really wanted to get this to work. I've got Amahi Anywhere installed on my hda but this app asks for username and password which I enter but is deemed incorrect. Even after a password reset it still says incorrect. Update 18/07/2016 - Took a while for the password reset to take effect - all working now and works extremely well...Sorry to devs for not updating review and many thanks for response. Extremely great service.

Unable to play videos with the new s7 edge, click to play a video and the app closes, no fc or any notification of any kind.

Do not bother just keeps locking up

From the description, this app should connect to one's amahi server. However, it seems to be video player with a single video of a spinning circle.

It used to work ok but now it doesn't i know the username and password is correct but no go....it was a nightmare to configure in the first instance....

Simple easy way to connect to my home server. Easy access to my files, photos and software when i need it. Love it. Recommend it to everyone

I can easily reach my files while travelling. Blazing fast, much better than Google Drive, OneDrive, the Boxes, etc. Suggestion: The App should have a pincode to pretect sensitive data.

Both this version, and the iOS version, of the app won't allow me to connect. I've reset the password and tried connecting multiple times, but to no success. (Amahi Anywhere is installed) Amahi itself is an amazing server system so far, and this has been the only hitch I've come across so far.

Used to Work great! All files and shares accessible. Some apps don't work quite right. Shell in a box, jinzora. Would be nice if transmission or deluge were available. New issue.....videos don't play on note 5. Just crashed the app when you try to play any video....edit: was using it on home network not away, app doesn't hard crash, just closes as if I closed it myself(but I didn't)

This app has been great but it will no longer play videos on 6.x versions of Android. Hope this gets a fix soon

This is my first foray into Linux, so Amahi also is new to me. That being said, the Amahi app has run well for me and it's allowed me access to my server from all networks I've tried it on. It does occasionally stop responding, but that may be my Android phone rather than the app itself. Well done IMHO.

I have installed this app on 3 devices and it won't allow me to login from any of them. So far not looking like a production app.

Works great to stream movies. Wish you could log on via your user name and password, that way your specific folders are just seen.

Awesome tool. As a newbie this allows me to access all of my shares without having to setup a VPN

Amahi installed on a lenovo Ideacentre. Low energy consumption unit. Just wished you can assign user accounts for remote access.

So far, so good with Amahi server. The android app adds seamless remote access. Still has a long way to go, but I love what I see so far.

It keeps spinning and sometimes it says "Connection error". Not very satisfied, I hope you fix it. Edit: It's working now, I had to reboot the router, which also fixed another problem. Very satisfied now thanks to fantastic and fast support. Also works off site!

Amahi en fedora es de las mejores soluciones open source para home servers, su operación es amigable, aunque para usuarios más avanzados es más robusto y técnico free NAS (además que soporta trabajos de Git) de free bsd, es una roca sólida. El. Cliente esta decente y cumple con su función. Me gustaría ver más configuraciones.

I found it odd when I re-organized some folders in the shares and had to rename a couple folders , the app had to be deleted and re-installed to recognize the differences ... and it continued to show folders that were no longer there until the re-install . Overall a very nice app ... hope to see future abilities soon such as upload and delete . Which I'm sure has been requested already

Would not work at first but it was a server issue, not an app issue. Thank you for developing this, it is extremely helpful!!

Great for doing the little things to keep the server running. Also for grabbing those pesky files that you forget at home.

Easy to set up. Easily accessed files on my phone while out and about. Very pleased I can also access Dashboard apps too. Makes checking up on the server a breeze.
