About NWS Weather
NWS Weather is a clean, advertisement free interface to display National Weather Service (NWS) data. Currently, this application is limited to weather in the United States.
Weather:
Your location is used to provide Current Weather and Forecasts. Search feature allows you to find weather in other locations.
Worded Forecast:
Click on the Current/Forecast images on the first screen to see the worded forecast. Uses the current location of the first screen. If you want the worded forecast for Tahoe: first search for Tahoe on the first screen, then click through to the worded forecast.
Radar:
Composite Radar is also available in loop and static image. You can select and view Radar data from 155 Radar stations.
Zoom in: Long press then up
Zoom out: Long press then down

Just what I was looking for, but apparently doesn't (yet? ) support special statements/outlooks. Still, $1.50 well spent.

You cannot manually search for location as it says. This always results in force closing app after error. App doesn't remember last location.

Very hard to use radar, radar has to much clutter and no alerts
