My Altura App on my tablet is not allowing me to log out. When I touch the 3 dots in the upper right hand corner, nothing happens. I have to back out the the back arrow button and wait for the app to time out. This is very concerning. Can an update with a fix come out?

It works just fine. The only problem I've had is the app sometimes doesn't load and open but that's easily fixed with a reboot.

Everytime i try open my altura app, it does not want to open or load up. It just shows altura in big letters. If you can please fix it ao i dont have to call my card or go into the bank due to my job and time. Please thank you.

This app functions, its just horribly out of date. It looks like the app was made in the last century. No feature to add fingerprint login, uses a super old school login method. It is very unpolished.

Used to work on Note 5, but now it just won't load. Really wish I could have the convenience of this app......

I can't use this app hardly ever!! It never opens up I can restart my phone, the app the hundred times and nothing... I've deleted the app and re-download ed hundreds of times and it's still worthless.

Are you guys ever going to update your out of date application?

The app works, but limited capabilities

It was working great and now suddenly it doesn't open anymore. If this gets fixed quickly it'll be a 5 star for me.

It's great for simply transferring funds and checking expenses.

Got a problem with the Nexus 5x camera. Mobile deposits takes the picture upside down, making it rather awkward to frame the check. Other than that, this is a very nice app. All features are working fine. The bill pay feature is welcome and saves me from using the browser on the phone. Well done.

It doesn't matter how I'm connected whether it be 3G or 4G LTE wifi hotspot anytime I click to open the page or click to log on it says a network error has occurred please update and fix

The inability to, from the Altura app initiate on line access is disappointing. To have to access via the internet separately from the initial site, not fun, not good. You have to go through the neighborhood park and hedges to enter. Disquieting

Won't go past the initial opening screen. I've deleted and downloaded it 3 times now and I still can't get past the opening screen. My old app for the previous CU I had worked amazing but since the merger...... nope

Lately it is constantly stuck on a processing screen. Frustrating when I want to transfer funds for an immediate purchase.

This is a great app to use while having time for banking. The suggestion I have that can make it better is if you can also see what's already pending to be taken out of the account before it gets withdrawn. I think that will help out alot.

Love the convenience of this app and how smooth it is. Hardly ever have a problem logging in, and is VERY user-friendly....

Quick and easy to access. Updates almost immediately. Checks go straight in. Very please with this app.
