Just a waste services. No care at all aftr purchase. Deducts extra amount apart from EMI worst response.. no service nothing
Poor and pathetic service. They dont even reponse in timely manner. Worst app and worst vendor for home appliances. Pleasr dont download. Fully waste of time.
Camera permissions keeps showing system overlay error inspite of switching off fifteen apps manually. Unknown error then exits the app without saving data entered. Tried three times then gave up.

Good Job.very usefull. One and Only problem is, some times the app freezing. Uninstalled several times, but sometimes app freezes
It's good for us. But it's not faster updated app. I mean loan deposited on time but in app not reflected. So please look into this.
App is not working after update, it showing error "server is temporarily unavailable". Please resolve the error
Worst EMI payment organisation. This is probably the last time I am getting something on EMI. Some app features are unavailable others have misleading and sometimes missing information
Third class app. Asking to deny the rights of screen overlap, and option to do so is disabled. Hence, no use.
I've tried to apply for EMI CARD one week ago and paid Rs 399, after that I've received no details Now I'm trying to contact the company but unable This is a fraud company
Iam Bajaj fin ser customer but showing my details are not correct, so many times I raise compliant but same details showing on app plz make sure details and send my Emi card, I want buy another product All are good
Your app is not good for online payment. It takes money out of debit card and shows please wait. Later on page disconnects. Money may come back to account in few days or you will confirm that you get it. However it's peace off seeing things in this way without confirmation on payment.
Very Worst Experience ! They simply make partiality between rural & urban zone. In this Hi-Tech world they r simply acting as moonimji with old style book n verification process. Customer care even dont wana say about it. Nobody is perfect we know why the hell ur ppl pretend to be like that ? Knowledge of them useless. Overall very worst experience with Bajaj Finserv.
Make it as an one time login or make user friendly ..everytime otp registered mobile it will send ..even auto fetch code also not developed in your app.. really hated because in my account auto debited today but still bajaj finserv app showing next emi date on same date where the money debited in my account
Always faced problem with this Bajaj services for all the services provided by Bajaj.... Worthless is the no cost emi.... If you are rejecting the application evry other site or company choices a valid reason.... Bajaj never does. And for the warranty claims they never process it on time and send technician's so are not at all having any idea about the product....
I cannot shop on this app. There is no back button to go to the previous page. Difficult to navigate. There should be a tab called shopping or products. I have to click on FAQ, then on salaried customers, then on emi card when you scroll down, then check products. If you don't like any product if you click the back button on your phone. It will take you to the homepage about your loan details. Very sad app. Developers need to fix this soon for 5 star rating.

The app is good to keep a track of all your loan accounts from Bajaj. But there are some bugs, there is no way to connect to a customer care and speak to them. You can only write to them and they will revert to you with a generic answer. I have written detailed emails to the customer care, yet they couldn't resolve a simple issue. Very disappointed.
I had create a I'd by using this apps after visited great eastern shop in my locality got to know that the people who register from app they are unable to get the offer. And after booking a assets I had to submit more money. Developer of the apps and the management you should brief the details in short.
I am applying for emi card. 10 15 time but you always reject my approval, without give any reason, i am also try with my cousins id,but this app reject tham
I installed this app on my lenovo phone. When I try to open it, it shows that it only supports unrooted devices. But my device was never rooted. This is a very bad thing. I hope bajaj fixes this problem
One of the worst service providers on a time of loan closing there was a dispute and since three months i have been coordinating but there is no one is woh can take a responsibility. Pleaese aware they arw big frauds
I have pre approved EMi card. Logged in with OTP. But in profile my email ID is wrong. I wrote twice to correct the email ID giving the correct email. But everything has gone in vein. Moreover I didn't find any product in Flipkart which has Bajaj finserve in EMI option. Then what to do with the 2.5 lakh credit limit given to me. My existing loan has only 2 instalment due as of now
Please update the emi deducted from the bank within a week, its been more then ten days my emi has been deduct but no update is available at the id provided to us... please update the emi details soon after receiving the payment..
For my bank account changing issue I had visited 2-3 times but still my problem not solved by Mysore branch I've filled up NACH challans 2x3 so please I request with branch staff to not waste of customer precious time bcz I have given complaints also But no use
Most worst third grade service provider on earth. They steal your money through ECS even after paying complete balance amount. They will never ever refund your money which they stolen from your account. Dont take any personal loans and they will cheat you.
Dear sir/mam i am new to bajajfinserv experia app, unfortunately i could not able to login through app but the its fine with the desktop, whenever i login through app i get "user name or password is incorrect", i even tried to change the password but i could not able to login through app but desktop version works. kindly find me a solution
This app is crap. Doesnt open. Nor respond. Dont waste time downloading. Am existing customer and downloaded to get details on new loan. But dint work at all.
Bajaj Finance blocked my card for no reason... Nither customer care not even local office is able to find a reason for this... I never delayed a payment n never got my chq bounced... Cibl score 800
Worst Bajaj I have ordered a Mobile form filpkart using Bajaj EMI Card and cancelled mobile which also did not delivering to me I call filpkart they told amount is refunded to bajaj emi card and but still know my is active I don't know it will colse or not Bajaj customer care also responseing I have Email to they so many time
1st time login with facebook then its take me out. After that it's creating problem in login... Says unable to login via Fb and unable to end otp via mobile number login... Worst update..

Useless application. I have cibil credit score of 872, having cosistent excellent credit history. Still the app denying my emi application. Nonsense app. My banker is better than this.
Worst app and worst customer support and don't respect to customers. I already cancelled my asset care policy but debited my bank account. So very disappointed. I already many times visited your branch and many times feedback but why debited my bank account? I want to my money. I also complaint to national consumer helpline. So I further complaint to consumer court
Your after sale service is ever worst. I personally not recommend to others even I have taken home loan from Bajaj Finance. In Aurangabad sales team not transperant for communication... Still my disbursement cheque is pending even after system is showing amount disbursed on 24th Apr.

Unable to login after the recent update. Please fix or whatever so it takes please. Kind of ugh!!! Keep rotating please wait! And then unabls to processed your request. Tried several times facing same issue.
Always getting error...I have requested for drawn an amount.... Neither amount credited in account nor customer care executive supporting...And not able to see statement of account.
Pathetic Company, linked my account with some other customer and now there bully employees making extortion call to me for due loan which I had never opted.
