معامل الشمس أول من أدخل في مصر برنامج الحاسب الألى الدولى( OMNI ) للتأكد من دقة وصحة ومصداقية نتائج كل مريض .
نستخدم الباركود للتعرف على العينات وربط أجهزة التحاليل والطباعة ببرنامج المعمل المركزى لمنع إحتمال الخطأ البشرى في إدخال العينات على الأجهزة أو كتابة النتائج .
يشرف على التحاليل نخبة من أفضل أساتذة الطب المعملى بالجامعات المصرية ولهم

‌أ. خبرة أكثر من 30 عاما في مجال التحاليل الطبية .

‌ب. أول من شارك في إعتماد المعامل الطبية المصرية وطبق نظام الجودة وحصل على شهادة الإعتماد من سويداك( SWEDAC ) السويدية وإيجاك ( EGAC ) المصرية كما تم إختبار بعضهم كمراجع جودة في مجلس الإعتماد الوطنى .
