بعد إدراك إدارة مؤسسة الحكمة للثقافة الإسلامية في النجف الأشرف لضرورة التواصل الإعلامي وعلى جميع الأصعدة الثقافية والاجتماعية من أجل المساهمة في نشر ما عليه الواقع الشيعي الذي له الدور الكبير في الإثراء الثقافي والمعرفي لدى مختلف الطبقات والمستويات العلمية.
ومن أجل المشاركة في تسجيل أرقام إعلامية في الواقع الشيعي سواءً منه المرتبط بمدينة النجف الأشرف وما له من الصلة الوثيقة بين المرجعية الدينية والقواعد الشعبية المؤمنة والعتبات المقدسة، أم المرتبط بالواقع الشيعي العام وما يتعرض له شيعة أهل البيت (عليهم السلام) من المشاكل في مختلف أرجاء المعمورة.
جاء هذا التطبيق عله يسهم في تحقيق الأهداف المنظورة، ومن الله نستمد العون والتوفيق، وهو من وراء القصد.

After realizing Foundation wisdom of Islamic culture in Najaf for the media and the need to communicate at all levels of cultural and social order to contribute to the dissemination of what it actually Shiite who has a big role in the cultural enrichment and knowledge of the various classes and educational levels.
In order to participate in record numbers informational actually Shiite whether it related to the city of Najaf and its close link between the religious authority and the grassroots unlocked and the holy sites, or associated with the reality of the Shiite year and exposed his Shiite Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) of problems in various parts of the the globe.
