Should say why a question was right work wrong when selected. It would help the learning process. Not just the what but the why as well. Questions are a bit wordy and are more difficult to read than to answer. App functions well for me though and makes studying portable.

It is ok. This is my first CPCU course I am taking. Many questions are repetitive or same question worded slightly different. You are basically paying for convenience of mobile app as opposed to using free online. Wish there was a way to skip ahead in questions. Hoping this app helps.

Unable to retrieve inventory error. I was trying to be neutral about having to buy quizzes when using mobile, but you can't even get a functioning app AND you should not double dip on people trying to further their education and be better professionals. We already spend a good bit of money for books and testing, this is WRONG to try to get more $. Should carriers charge their already paying customers to pay to use the functions of their mobile app? Need ID... $10....need policy docs... $10....need to submit a claim... $10. You already provide sample tests for free online. Come on institutes

Very good app for taking up the INS examination. I have used this for INS 21 and 22. However when I click on Purchases and Updates to buy the course material for INS 23 I am getting an error "unable to retrieve inventory". Please fix this soon

This app is great for studying on the go and cheaper than the study guide book. However I'm currently trying to study for an exam and for four days I have been unable to install anything new. Had I realize this app would be unreliable, I would have purchased different study material.

This app is nice in that it gives questions for review, but the lack of an explanation for wrong answers does nothing to help an individual studying. Many of the questions are worded extremely bad leaving you to guess on the answer and then be left not know how to get the correct answer. I'm studying CPCU540 and the analytical questions either don't follow the formulas or have pieces missing that are needed in arriving at the answers.

I'm unable to get past the the choosing of the course section (right before choosing chapters) and it worked a week ago. Is there any fix?

I would like this app better if I'd be able to associate the purchases with my Institutes account. Not being​ able to access the quizzes on other devices is terrible.

Should be able to use with my existing account. Paying for something I already have is not worth my time

Should not have to pay for practice exams via the app when they are free via the website. Not cool

I have used this app for several exams. Had to get a new phone. Downloaded the app. I select purchases and updates and the app freezes.

As others have said, I'll use the included resources from the web site before spending $9.99 to use the mobile app.

When I click on Updates and purchases nothing happens and my phone locks up.

I lost my phone. Reinstalled the app on my new phone. Lost all questions I had paid for.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. and now I am being recharged.

OK as an addition to the standard course. Really needs an option to change font size.

Used it for the ARM 56 exam and when I recently downloaded it I receive a "decompress error" everytime I open the app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times as the IT department at the institutes claim "they believe they have solved the issue". Very frustrating. Is a great resource when working properly, however the last time it worked was roughly a year ago. The IT department has yet to solve the problem.

They are the same questions as the online learning tests but it is much more convenient to use the mobile app. If you get a question wrong it tells you as you go through the questions instead of waiting to submit the entire quiz which helped me learn. I plan on continuing to use the app on future tests. Well worth the $10 per quiz.

This app helps to clear the mock exams. It will be really appreciated if you can update the questions as per new format. Will give 5 stars if you update this app

Quite misleading app in contrast to how it is referenced on the website. For a company that provides materials for the insurance industry, in which any adjuster must affirm that they are a trustworthy person, this is shameful and insulting to your customers.

All I can do is take the free, pre-loaded quizzes, which have nothing to do with what I'm studying. Can't purchase anything. What is the point of this app?

Very misleading app. Appears to be able to use course guide online and in app but must pay for quizzes on the app or do a free quiz that has nothing to do with your subject.

1 star and uninstalling until I'm able to use the code that is provided in my course guide.

I have used this app for several Institutes courses. It is great for those times when I need to study while I am on the go. The only thing I don't like is that the questions are always presented in the order that the material appears in the book. It would be great if there was an option to present the questions in random order, especially when quizzing on multiple chapters.

Freemium model

Initially quiz would not work. After a few emails with customer support they were able to get it working. Raised rating to three stars.

Great app for on the go situations when you can't access the online practice exams.
