... and the app itself offers no clues about using it. I applaud the lack of obnoxious permissions, but I can't figure out what it thinks it's going to do, much less whether I want it to do whatever thst might be.

Create a set of widgets which perform different functions, and which have a different appearance, depending on which WiFi network your phone is connected to. I'd like to be able to configure the look of my widgets in more detail, though. Perhaps a global switch to show/hide widget configuration buttons, and the option to remove text labels to clean the appearance up on my very minimalistic desktop. Well done, sir. Ingenious.
