1200 Calorie Weight Loss Diet for Android
There is no way the turkey burger in the picture is 183calories. It doesn't tell you how much of the recipe is turning person - there's no way two whole pittas, 150g Cheddar and apples, cooked in olive oil works out at under 300 calories! You have to say how much per person please like A 'serves four' or per serving breakdown of all the nutrients.
I use it for keeping track of what I'm putting in my body. It's helpful to see if you have had too little or too much of any particular thing, be it sodium or fat or carbohydrates or whatever it is you are trying to watch.
App is great for non-vegetarians, that plan has 7 days of meal plans, but the vegetarian plan only has one day of meal plans. This stinks, vegetarians can't eat the same food every day.
No variety! No explanation of meals! Did not like at all! Repetitive!
Can't seem to figure out full recipes for certain things, any suggestions?
There are no recipes so not helpful, immediately uninstalled it.

These are pretty basic meal plans. You're not going to get anything vegan in this, and/or will be unable to indicate which foods you do not or can not eat (religion, allergies, unavailability, etc.). Also not able to indicate favorite foods to be used often. Love spinach? Too bad, you're not going to get it very often if at all. This is only a good tracker if you're looking for ideas, not for solid long-term meal plans.
