Sit Up - workout routine for Android
Sit up has 6 different difficulty levels from beginner to more advanced trainer. After you have completed one difficulty you should be strong enough to move to the next one. After completing the hardest difficulty you should be able to do over 120 situps .
Sit-up is a great exercise to streghten your core and get that sixpack you have always dreamed of.
Sit-up is commonly used in many fitness tests.

This app is absolutely amazing. If you go for the 85 sit ups and do that 5 days a week you will have abs good.

I like this app and it inspires me to workout. I have noticed that when I finish my workout and choose "get my reward" it says it is trying to connect to the server and I never get my pocket change reward. This happens every time. If this issue was fixed I would rate the app a 4 or maybe a 5.

Nice app straight forward to use,one suggestion have a description of how to do the sit up correctly as incorrectly doing it can cause you problems.
Its a great app I love it but one thing is I've worked out all my life and setups are a major part of a fit body all though crunches have always worked better for me there better for the body so just a suggestion make it where after people finish all the levels of situps why not have a new area of crunches along after it starting at 1 and going up to 12??

I love this app it helps you to get your abs stronger when ya train and its so encouraging when you go up a level! It shows that your "not only can ya do a lot of sit ups but you can do a lot and gets your core and lower abs strong", plus looking good after every time.
