If you have a small gym or can not lift heavy weight it does not help legs , also not too easy to use daily

Not meant to be pretty, although very effective.
A pull up is suppose to be done strict. No swinging, knee jerks, just controlled up and down. Squeeze at the top! Focus!
Does what it says. Simple and easy to use. *correction: the app is simple, not the pullups. I can see and feel the results!

Good.app. This is a good app to help you build up your ability to do pull-ups. Could do with less invasive adds.
Good app. However the difficulty of the workouts are way off from your actual level of strength. For example, I just completed level 5 and according to the app my maximum should be around 16. I could hardly finish level 5 and I can do around 25 max. Still, it's a good progressive workout!
