Предисловие
В современных условиях воздействие стандартизации на ускорение научно-технического прогресса, повышение безопасности и конкурентоспособности продукции и строительных услуг является приоритетным направлением. Такая идеология поддерживается на государственном уровне и закрепляется законодательными актами, основополагающим из которых является закон № 184–ФЗ. В этой связи стандартизация становится важнейшей задачей любого предприятия, стремящегося к повышению всех составляющих функционирования – экономичности, эффективности производства, совершенствованию систем управления качеством продукции.
Многолетний опыт работы сотрудников ООО «ДОКТОР БЕТОН» в области гидроизоляции позволил определить важнейшие направления по обеспечению качества применения сухих строительных смесей на всех стадиях строительного производства. С этой целью был организован проект, отличительной особенностью которого является приоритет качества применения строительных материалов путем комплексного сопровождения потребителя. Таким образом, выполнение инициативной НИР в рамках реализации положений закона № 184–ФЗ в части применения новых материалов послужило основанием для разработки группы стандартов, основополагающим в которой является настоящий стандарт, определяющий общие правила стандартизации товаров и услуг ООО «ДОКТОР БЕТОН».
Цели, основные принципы, порядок разработки настоящего стандарта предприятия установлены межгосударственными стандартами ГОСТ 1.0–2004, ГОСТ 1.4–2004. В стандарте учтены положения межгосударственных стандартов ГОСТ 4.212, ГОСТ 4.233,ГОСТ 24211, ГОСТ 31189, ГОСТ 31357 и других нормативных документов. 1 developed by OOO "DOCTOR CONCRETE."

Foreword
In modern conditions the impact of standardization on the acceleration of scientific and technological progress, improving the safety and competitiveness of products and construction services is a priority. Such ideology is supported at the state level and secured by the legislative acts, the fundamental of which is the law number 184-FZ. In this respect, standardization becomes the most important task of any enterprise seeking to improve the functioning of all components - economy, efficiency of production, improving the system of quality control.
Years of experience of staff of "DOCTOR CONCRETE" in waterproofing allowed us to determine the most important areas of quality assurance application of dry mixes in all phases of construction production. To this end, the project was organized, the distinguishing feature of which is the priority for the quality of construction materials by the use of complex support consumer. Therefore, the implementation of the initiative of research within the framework of the provisions of the Law № 184-FZ of the application of new materials has formed the basis for the development of standards, which is the fundamental of this standard that defines the general rules of standardization of goods and services of "DOCTOR CONCRETE."
Objectives, basic principles, the order of development of the standard enterprise established intergovernmental standards GOST 1.0-2004, GOST 1.4-2004. The standard takes into account the provisions of interstate standards GOST 4.212, GOST 4.233, GOST 24211, GOST 31189, GOST 31357 and other regulatory documents.
