I don't know why everyone is griping. This works great for me. I have 3 cameras and they work flawless. Had a couple of times in 1 year where I had to reboot cams, but be honest EVERYTHING needs some sort of attention every year. Little bit of logic goes a long way.

Will NOT even open on my Nexus 6. Don't waste your money. No fixes available. Feel like they robbed me. Theives!

Cannot open library to check recorded videos it's no use unless u want to live stream thats it and app completely closes when trying to open library.

Anyway to copy files off the SD card?

Worked very well for a fee weeks then dropped off my network. No matter how many times I reset the camera or re download the app it will not find the camera on the network. Not even LAN. PLEASE SORT THIS OUT.

2017-06-27 update. Worked well, then after update I couldn't access one of three cameras. Removing the camera in app, and re-add solved it for me. Having problem with one camera wifi connection keeps failing, but using a cable on that one now... Generally works really well. Using it to monitor elderly mother, and my room in a shared house...

Worked fine for a month. Now the recorded video from alerts (library)is not accessible. This started before the upgrade. Upgrade does not fix. This is a major problem. I want to like this camera as it worked great for a month but now something on the server side is broken bad. And i am screwed.

Nice to log in and view what's happening.But when I go in to view saved videos, it shuts down. This happens often and is very frustrating.

Even on low power mode this app is killing my battery. Please add default to kill competely.

Bought one . Worked fine at start. Recomened it to a friend. He got one . Worked fine at start. Now after a few weeks neither work at all. Camera wont even reset. Keeps says off line . I have mine connected to the router by cable .

I think Trump @issed off the Chinese and they disabled the app

Have 2 cameras, both died.

Camera doesn't connect since I downloaded the new version of the app. Laty every time I try to load the app it says not connected.

The app worked great for 3 days. After that it crashed every time I try to view recorded footage

I love this app!!! I currently use Ouvis to monitor 3 rooms in my home. It works reliably, securely and I LOVE the option to record video or take pictures during security alerts, and have them texted or emailed to me!

App needs fixing bought this as a baby monitor and until its fixed i cant use it

The app is rubbish I connect the camera but after I can not watch the camera never become online it's all ways connecting I will return my camera to the seller because of the app

Weeks very well. Excellent quick support. Needs better documentation regarding motion recording. Overall a winner. I bought two and am happy with them

This app either great for a while but now it won't connect to the cameras at all. The cameras work great from my computer so I know it's the app. It does the same thing for my bf's app. It's really frustrating because we use it from our phones the most. Love the cameras and am starting to hate the app.

It works. You can not download the video alarms from device to phone or cpy. You must remove SD card. Epic fail.

Having problems on Samsung S6, at least once every day the app will freeze and just tell me its 'connecting' but never goes back to being online so only way I can get it to work for a short period of time is by installing it all again, its always been the up to date version. When it does work I can't fault it, nor can my partner, it works much better for him for some reason on apple products.

Great camera but cant tape videos so its no use for me.

App is great for live streaming or for recording a live stream. Unfortunately, there is no way to save the video files in the "Library" section of the app. EDIT: it's not a bug, it was never a feature nor is it available considering my app is up to date.

I can't get it to connect to my ftp server. I emailed support for help and got passed from one person to the next without getting a answer. I couldn't find any information on the website for setting the camera up on an ftp. Other than that the camera works fine.

I couldn't be happier with this product. Ordering more soon.

Room for improvement! One serious battery drainer. However, I noticed a update. Tried the update and now there is basically a total stop to battery draining. Thanks

They answered the feedback about battery drain by implementing a power saving option. Now if they could add in scheduled alarm settings this app/device would be phenomenal!

Impossible to understand how to set things up being the absolute basics or viewing. No manual for app or camera.

Great menu, very easy to use

Works well. Not great over the internet but still a great app and camera.

Wow, talk about burning through your battery...unplugged my phone will now barely make it through the day when it used to last four or five days. Functionally it's what I would term as just OK. The features it does have are on every other app so nothing exciting. Add things that others don't to be impressive. Like ability to set alarms during certain hours. I don't need app to alarm me every time I walk past the camera, but if something triggers it during my normal work or sleeping hours...

After starting the app, I click add device. It shows me the next page and returns back to the home page instantly. Will give more stars once its usable...
