OurBook (P2P Social Network) for Android
So much potential. If only it had a common post feed and the ability to comment on the posts of others. Knowing you are sharing information without any central server is great though.
Great social app. From a tech standpoint, I would like the option to use orbot and orbots own. Onion hosting and just Let this app listen on a local port. More information about encryption and a wipe option in settings. Not just a rm function but wipe
Great idea, great app. A safe replacement for fb with full con troll of your own data. Would be good to comment on other's posts.
I don't have any friends on ourbook yet. I will update later once I have used more functions. This should make all the people who complain about ads on FB happy.
Its need improvement - THE ONLY THING OURBOOK NERDS TO BE GOOD IS TO COPY FACEBOOK
great alternative to facebook's censoring and psych profiling
Although I had not used this app for quite some time, I noticed that lately it started consuming CPU in the background. Furthermore it seemed that some few MBytes of data transfer has taken place. This is strange as there had not been such an app behaviour in the past. This is bad as I really liked this app.
Lads, you deserve a monument!

I like the app but would like a little more control over the server side of the app, I want to be able to customize what the end user sees, so it fits my style and feel, I can't tell if the app creates the html files on the fly or if it has a template but I think it needs templates. It also needs a better way to getting to the clean web, the .to puts a banner what scares normal users, not a good idea. I know the app needs to be safe but if a user knows there social group is say they should be able to share or have searchable there network so maybe setting up a ourbook directory? All in all love the app tho, shame your other .onion apps don't work to go with it.
