OnePlus Care - by Servify for Android
Pathetic.. They just don't bother. I was forced to change my review on Google Play which I simply denied as I was not at all happy with servify. I was told that I would be reimbursed 22k as the device is not repairable. They just gave me 19.99k & deducted 1000/- which was supposed to be repair cost. I don't understand when the device could not be repaired why I m charged the repair cost. When I talked to the lady she did not listen to me. Just kept on forcing me to change my review. After 2months & constantly chasing them this is what I get. It is a pain.
Really pleased! Everything was taken care of and my broken phone was returned to me "good as new"! Being technologically challenged it took me time to understand the whole claim procedure thingy, but these guys were extremely patient in explaining stuff step-by-step... Even if it seemed like they were teaching a kindergarten student A to Z...
Update: Finally my mobile is back to normal. I had to pay 1000/- as admin fee and my screen was repaired in a day. Nice follow up from Servify team. Thanks My mobile slipped from hands and screen got cracks. I tried to open the app to claim accidental damage for getting it fixed. But the app is stuck at start up screen
My handset slipped and fell on the ground from 2 ft and result broken screen. Request you all who are planning to buy one plus please buy tempered glass before buying the handset. Can some one suggest me what to do. Very upset with quality of hardware used
Such a pathetic service. They fool customers. I was an idiot to buy 4 devices at the same time for my family. Sent my dad's phone to chandigarh service center. They are doing software and hardware reset on the phone for last three months. The actual problem is with mic and headset port. Their self diagnosis shows problem with mic and the service center is too careless about the issue. The center itself is 250 kms from my town and I am more than harassed. Feel like throwing the phone away.
Hi all, I bought 3t 20 days back and I have a bunch issues with the phone. The finger print sensor is not working and I don't get call notifications or alert. I approached 3 service centres and they are not willing to help me out. And I am stuck with this phone. Issue with a phone is acceptable as long as the service is strong. I have had a very bad experience and I would suggest not to buy the phone only for one reason that is the weak service strength.
Happy with the servify team. Plan got activated within few minutes without much hustle. Initially I struggled but the team instantly got back to me and resolved the issues regarding Accidental Plan activation.
Bought my oneplus3t on feb 8th & I have not bought accidental plan . Unfortunately my phone falled under water and they costed me 20k for mother board . Now my mother board is pretty new. Can i buy accidental damage plan now?
Update - so, have been called by this customer support team. Waiting for the insurance team to confirm the damage and all the issues. 25/04/2017 Your app is not working and have been trying since yesterday. You have to register request within 48 hours. If the app doesn’t respond how do you register for repair?? Better fix it!

Finally after repeated calls to Servify over a week got my phone repaired. Servify can be much more efficient in this. At the end definitely recommend for One plus users
My phone was picked up and later they had no idea till 5days where it was ..later once found they asked me to pay an amount but I refused as I wanted to know why I was being charged for ..as a human I should be aware of why to pay..Later instead of asking me they sent the phone back. Thanks for such a kind no show service
Pathetic unprofessional service There is no interest in repairs. All they want is your money. Servify just handling the pickup n deliver to oneplus and there is bad coordination between the two. Took 22 days for a software update on my OP2.
Hey don't register with servify they are seriously making fun of your problem. I have purchased OnePlus 3 on 1st of December 2016 my phone receiver is facing low sound problem and also heating issue ,I have booked the pickup facility of the servify but when the delivery boy picked up my phone he gave me a receipt of that phone which stated"your device is out of warranty"and the estimated cost of the Repair is 460 rupees. Is this the right way of treating your customer a million dollars company.screwd
My screen broke and it took a month for them to replace the screen and send it ! I had to put so many mails to them to do the work asap . And nw my phone microphone and sometimes sound problem as well !

It took time but the service was good. If it is under the warranty period you will get the issue fixed. They even gave me a complimentary phone cover!
My mobile got onboard problem although it is in warranty it is showing as a accidental protection plan. And we have to pay 780. When it is in warrenty y to pay the bill
I was unable to register my device. The app prompted me to upload my bill again and after doing so I had tried to register my device but it failed with error message 'one or more invalid plan activations attempted'.... The servify team immediately got in touch with me and resolved my issue within a matter of minutes
Excellent service provided by servify. . I opted for pick up option and bam after 7 days i got my phone back
I have purchased oneplus 3t via Amazon on Jan 1st 2017..Is it eligible for accidental protection plan or I have to purchase it
My phone screen is broken, oneplus3 care told me it will take around 11000rs, and God bless t & c is servify, they depreciated my phone value by 75%. And they will cover only 6000rs where as other company depreciate only 20-30%.
They have the worst customer service. They lure by saying that they will charge 1K. But eventually charge 5K approx I had phone slip and screen was broken. You have to profusely follow up for repairs. Pathetic experience

Out of the blue, my oneplus 3t, which I bought on the last week of Feb this year just started overheating without any apparent reason..The overheating has caused the battery life to decrease from 100% to 20% in a matter of minutes without any use.. What am I supposed to do??? Pliz respond

Very poor services. After I bought the plans had to make several calls followed by email to get an activation key. And now its been more than a week I have registered my plan but it still shows pending for activation. If this is the beginning what when I will need their service for a repair.
Worst experience ever. Neither the customer service nor the back end team is of any help. Complete shit of a service. Things at progressed at a very slow pace, no concern for the customer's needs.

I had given my phone to the servify for like almost 14 days and after contacting them for like 10 times they tell me that it hasn't reached to the service center Pathetic service by servify and I'm really not sure that I'll get my phone even after a month
Could you tell me if the accidental damage plan could be used internationally?
I handed over my mobile for repairs on 6th may and while i am writing this(on 11th may) the mobile hasn't reached the service centre, the status on the app is still 'in transit'. Didn't get any help from either e-mailing or at the helpline number. They are equally clueless about the status of my phone. A disgracefull customer service.
Don't ever give your phone for service to servify.. The app doesn't give timely updates, customer care don't respond to your queries and the service guys don't even have any service etiquette.. Pick up for my mobile was scheduled for Tuesday and no one turned up nor got a call.. Pickup was done nxt day post my follow ups but the app still shows the pickup on Tuesday. It's been 6 days and all that servify has done so far is collect payment of 9013 for screen cost 3 days back..post which the status on the app showed that mobile will be returned post repairs, on the 6th day is showing that parts are awaited... I am baffled.. Why would someone send the mobile to servify if they don't carry parts for running models.. I recently purchased 3t and the screen broke on a small fall.. The screen is the part in demand and these guys don't have ready parts... Save the time and effort.. Go a to a service center in your city and get the phone rectified in 3 hrs or max a day.. I could have got mine in 2 hrs but I choose it to give it to servify.. Bad choice and the last time I am dealing with these guys.. Don't waste your time and skip them..
Worst service ever... Took my mobile for a week but did nothing.. still facing the issues I use to before After calling them several times , told the same problem to every staff member there, Why don't you guys write it when we mention the first time, All they give me is a headache...
My phone was repaired fine but with delayed service and i would also like to bring to review that my phone was used by the delivery person before delivery for his personal use which was unacceptable on grounds of being damaged by him, please look into it as I can't trust now your pick up and drop up services

My 1+3 fell from my hands and LCD got broken. I made a claim from servify app, they principally accepted my claim and asked me to visit nearest service center to get the diagnosis done. I was amazed to see the pace of work done by them. Phone submitted to service center at 1 PM saturday. Diagnosis done and claim approved the same day, payment link sent on monday(as sunday is a holiday) payment done and after 1 hr of payment done phone repaired and got a phone with new screen, hats off, very happy and satisfied with the service
