Takes ages to just open the app. Stuck at the opening display for ages. And checking the score can take ages too. So slow to open a window to get information. So laggy. Poor App.

Loved it. Streaming was a bit of an issue sometimes but worked after a while. Great app very easy to use

Did not use all features but found this app was all I needed. Would have given 5 stars if highlights videos loaded properly. Too much lag for all matches except the final which loaded well. Perhaps something had been tweaked just in time. Looking forward to using it again in 2019.

They ruined the final for anybody who had taped/dvred the game by displaying the winner on a notification. Thanks a lot.

The app came in very useful during the Rugby World Cup. Very smooth, clean looking, and well designed. I didn't have a single problem with it.

Enjoyed using it, esp the highlights with HD video! Most of the time the app took a while to load news but it was bearable. Overall it made this Webb Ellis cup a memorable one for me!

A usability issue in viewing and comparing different pools and a failure to load from a highlights notification are the main down-stars. Otherwise good.

This app has been brilliant foot planning TV schedules and watching team progress. Wish it didn't keep stopping though!

I've not used a better app for sports coverage. Can you do other sports please?!

News was updated, but vids didn't work.

Kept me updated for every match and in plenty of time. Contained excellent pre, match and post match information. Best sports app ive ever had. Well done. Exceptional quality.

Unlike the England team this app was easy to use and follow and made it all the way to the final without crashing out it has been great when I've been on the road so I can catch up or follow live. Can't wait to use it again for the next world cup in Japan.

Perfectly planed app, good layout and easy to navigate, did not crash throughout tournament, the only thing that crashed was the wallabies losing against the almighty Allblacks! Yeahhaa!

App push information that suited my tastes. Having a quick link to my team was a huge help. Though it hung from time to time, the over experience was still pleasant. Thank you for creating the app :-)

Very good overall. Lots of useful information. Main drawback is not being able to choose seats when buying tickets.

Each new page is extremely slow to load, video buffering is shockingly poor and interface is clunky. Poor effort.

Free audio is amazing. Even better if you could build in live video even if it's paid. Network rights are an archaic concept - move on.

I loved that I could get all the rugby information and back my team up. It's a pity the world Cup is over for my team. So I just wanted to say thanks so much for this app u were a major help.

Very basic in design and not quick to access various information. Calendar update is not timely. Details of the team needs to show all clubs played for, weight and height in imperial if desired. Bigger and better pictures of the squads are required with their numbers. Need live updates of scores.
