Password Manager (Iron Dome)

I got a new phone and tried to upload my saved passwords with no luck. I keep getting a message saying "V1_retired". I don't want to use any other app because I was so used to this one and have too many passwords to enter manually. It was a great app until now. Tried reaching out for help with no luck. Looking for a new app.

I updated and upgraded to a Galaxy S8 plus. I've having the issue of not being able the sync the new phone with my account. I've already emailed asking for help but no work yet. So I'm re-entering almost all my information on the new phone. I'm glad this app still works on the tablet.

This is a really great app. I have recommended it to many people. But it does not work with the Samsung S8 Plus. Keeps saying Error Initiating Download. Please fix this so that I may give you a five star rating.

I recently updated some passwords and updated the Iron Dome app on my smart phone. When I tried to download these updates to my kindle Fire via dropbox I get "V1_retired". Does anyone know what this means? Until this issue is fixed I cannot use the Iron Dome app on my Kindle - which sucks.

All is good with the app except not being clear about the cost after the first year. A bit hesitant to put lots of info in as I might need to transfer it!!

I would have given 5 Stars but it needs to be able to export to excel or csv. Plus the import export doesn't work to box so you can download load it to another device.

I have no less than 20 password that have to be different for IT. This program allows me the ability to securely keep all passwords and access them on my tablet or phone.

I recently changed phones and was not able to transfer my stored data. I had to re-enter everything! Their back up procedure did not work for me at all!

This was a great app until the last upgrade. Now cannot sync and get an error on download. Useless

Highly recommend this app. I've used the back-up from dropbox after my phone was destroyed.

I recently upgraded to a Motorola Moto Force Z and I can not connect and download my data. Have transferred multiple times in the past with no issues. I am a big fan of the app but I am suspecting there is an issue with the OS of these newer phones. I am hoping I can recover my data.

Love the app, very easy to use! It would get a 5 star if you could add fingerprint access instead of having to enter your passcode.

So now you're going to start charging a fee instead of selling it at a full price? I'll just extract everything I have on it now and save it somewhere else. Thanks for letting me know. *Uninstalling*

V1 retired error.. And nobody cares so you better copy all your records manually ASAP

Dropbox has updated to v2 so now am usable to back up app to cloud, keep getting v1 retired notification...hope Iron Done gets updated to fix this!

I have encouraged everyone to use Iron Dome. It is simple to use especially to change a password which I am constantly doing.

Good app but needs more options such as ability to choose other cloud apps for backup.

I must have downloaded 1o different password keeper apps...and none compared. It does exactly what it is supposed to do. The layout is organized and simple to use....and it's FREE!! Love it!!

Absolutely vital. Too many memberships, can't remember them all without it.

Never will upload/download to dropbox. I keep using the app for some reason, manually re-enter. Please fix.

Simple to use, secure and easy backups. I feel good about this ap keeping all my passwords. Highly recommend.

Free but only initially then they charge. Dropbox is only sync option

You should be able to switch between Iron Dome and another program like Word without closing Iron Dome all the time.

Iron Dome has been very helpful. I recommend this app to all our family and friends.

Password storage is so useful to have one area to look up information.

Great password manager app, couldn't survive the digital world with out it meaning my devices, just wish I could get it on my PC and kindle and Apple Ipad

This app is exactly what I was looking for. It stores passwords...user name and web address...and a space for notes. You can categorize too. It is so simple and easy to use!! 5

I use to be able to sync from the cloud and now I Can't. It ask for another password and it does not work.

Your app is super simple secure best app.but please update new design and interface,it is old look

Works great on my android phone, just wished it would work on desktop computers also
