Pointless app as there are hardly any helpful instructions. For example I wanted to add my Fixed line Home broadband number into this app but unable to receive the SMS, the App popup claims SMS is sent but does not clarify where or how to receive it. I called Ooredoo customer care at 1500 but they were clueless as usual, 1st agent puts me on hold for more than 7 minutes, then 2nd agent listens to half my question and blindly forward me to another agent who was not my preferred language and also had no idea what to do, finally after spending 20 minutes with him I still didn't get any solution. Really I wonder if customer service managers at Ooredoo are reading such reviews.

How did you manage to go from bad to worse? App won't work with Wi Fi, too many errors, absolutely useless. But what other options do we really have? If only...

For the second month , I am trying to pay through this app , but every time it refuses to complete thei payment , the problem , that I am living in a place , that is very far away from any site , that I can pay in it , so the only way available for me is to pay online , and this is not available for the 2nd month , what should I do , I tried this app and it is not functioning , I tried through your Web site and it is not working also , I don't know what to do plz provide some help now the same problem is happening , without a Solution , don't know what to do

It is a nice idea to have this app for Ooredoo but unfortunately it's made of taking money and no service given.. If this feedback isn't going to be replied with in 6 hrs I will report this to the consumer court.. This will be a lesson for Ooredoo to give service and not to rip of people and taking money with no service given..

The recharge option using cards do not work. Such a basic function this app cannot perform. Hope some update fixes it.

This application is just to give you some information and make more money in simple words it's waste of time and money. Offers and promotions messages are not true. So don't use it. Save your money

I am trying to recharge my prepaid home broad band using bank card through this app... It sucked the money but no recharge. I tried calling 95201500, it asks to dial fixed line number I dial, it says invalid number. My money is gone and recharge is not done yet. Ridiculous... this was last try I will switch to another provider. I will just try to get my money back.

One of the worst customer care and worst app. I paid through my card through app and it's not credited to my account. Ended up paying again and waiting to get my money back. If you choose the worse service provider you have to face this

Worst costumer service ever. I'm still waiting for to contacted from ooredoo and it is since more then 10 days ago. internet data is more then expensive I'll go to visit omantel. app 9/10, doesn't work and costumer service is a kind of joke.

تطبيق ممتاز فقط المشكلة تكمن في عملية حفظ البطاقة البنكية التي يتم الدفع عن طريقها كل مرة يجب إدخال كل البيانات . هي من ناحية امنية ممتاز لكن اذا كان الحساب مربوط بالبيانات الشخصية الخاصة فالافضل تفعيل خاصية حفظ البطاقة البنكية فقط إدخال الرقم السري للتاكد من مزامنة بيانات البطاقة لاتمام عملية الدفع ولكم جزيل الشكر

Froze in the starting screen for about 2 mins and crashed while loading. Uninstalled and reinstalled, same issue.

Useless! I tried to register and restore many times. Same error message keeps coming. Don't waste your time. You're never going to get anything useful from mobile companies here.
