Hello, where is the point redemption option in the new update? I had a response from your team that redemption option will be available from the next update (which recently happened). Are you bluffing? Do we have to wait further or there is nothing planned?

Pathetic condition !! Wasted every day to collect points but till now there is no offers to redeem my points. It's totally a fake advertisement from Kerala Tourism.. Shame on Kerala Tourism App and the Governing body for Cheating Us.

How we can use this point deposited in our A/C. FROM 6 DAYS NO OFFER what happened? Please advise me How To use deposited point.

I am bidding from day one and don't understand what is the way selection made. I hope simply promoting the hotels and resorts and winner may be fake. Also there is no clarity in official website... no procedure to redeem the points... ignore and don't waste the time

The app needs a lot of clarifications and transparency. No where given how to use points earned. The bid given and other details of winner on daily basis should be given on website of kerela tourism. Even winner list is not updated daily.

Nice and impressive app. Kudos to KTDC for this innovative initiative. Wondering that no winners for many offers. They can even offer sensible schemes where genuine winners can go away with. Current working methodology is not clear though I am interested to visit God's country...

I had a account on it which was made in my previous with so much difficulties BT now I m unable to login with that account it is like an exam to login this app

It's sad to see tha A resident of Kerala only is allowed to participate. What about keralites like me who reside outside Kerala but in India. Non keralite kerala lovers are also denied.Kindly reconsider the terms and conditions.

Winners are totally fake and they are tourism's own peoples or fake id.They doesn't exist. They are cheating Us. Please don't download it & Rate as lowest u can.

Till what time the bidding is open? And when you populate the result? How would I come to know that I have win the bid?

There is fake ID and they just interest in publicity of hotel and resort. Not useful website.

I have been trying bid since many days. It happens successfully, but after that no activties found about it. Whether my bid is lower or higher? Whats the result of it, others bid how much etc ? After this new bid starts..no clarification about points...So i will uninstall this app if nothing happens in 1-2 days.

Why the declaration of winners takes to too much time? If it's computer generated system it shouldn't be. I hope administrator will take appropriate actions to declare immediately after the next bid is started.

Now the technology is well advanced. Plan the trip the way each customer wants to be. Plan according to their taste! Am expecting the same hospitality and services in your holiday packages also.

Lack of transparency.Your bid might be unique and low but winner will be some other,may be own fellow of company.

When i have 10000 points... App started show validation failed... Now all my points are lost... How can i get them back

No login or profile page information, you can't edit the information.. most of the times the app Doesn't allow to bid, it says validation failed

Very very attractive and unique measure taken by any state owned dept. In near recent time.

Not all previous packages are shown to see the winning bid. Points keep accumulating but no info on how to use it.

I am bidding from day 1,don't understand what is unique when bid amt is low higher bidder gets the prize when bid amt is high lowest bidder wins it's fixed all bogus names

Since last 5 days there are no result of any Bid they are Showing in unique Bid and Winner NA.

How do I use my points? How much the points are worth & Where can I book the package so my points will be handy?
