Smart Sports Coach NFC

The SmartCoach App can be configured for any sport or group activity, and can contain multiple activities on a single device.


It will work for many sports including Hockey, Football, Rugby, Netball, Basketball, American Football, Baseball and Ice Hockey.

You can share graphical information from the app to your favourite social media, and email session attendance to predefined mailing lists when closing sessions.

It links to your Google groups for quick import of players including contact image. The app then allows you to set the following base data

Skills - Define a skill, give it a grade and capture data against it
Level - Define the level you are capturing the skill against
Game Feature - Define game features and whether it is positive or negative and capture data against it
Positions - Define positions and desired skills for that position
Grids - Define positions grids to be used within Games to add players, or be suggested players based on skills stats capture
Session Grids - Define animated sessions as reminders for yourself whilst coaching

Within the App you can then manage

Groups: Manage your group, see average ratings per group performance, combined skill averages etc to help you hone your training for each group
Skills: Log skill grades against players and levels. Ideal for retaining performance after a busy session.
Players: A full breakdown of players stats, skills and attendance and game minutes played
Sessions: Create repeat session, log attendance, skills covered and session grids
Games: Create games, handle player availability via SMS, grid management, with assigned players per play or tactic, and full game control scoring /timing and feature capture, including substitutions.

For NFC users this app will allow you to register NFC tags or wristbands against players, and then use the tags to register players into and out of sessions, on and off the field of play and for quick locate on the skills and players menus
