wifi bell for Android
The phone screen suddenly becomes active and the phone is using a lot of battery power
hello how are you.
Works in general while many features need to be improved. Works stable only when being wired. Wifi connection is not as stable. Motion detection via "visual motion detection" does not work at all. Only PIR sensor works but sensing distance is low up to 2 meters. Also you cannot set 0 seconds alarming delay, the minimum value is 3 seconds which is quite long for this kind of feature.
App works ok except it stops my home button working. I'm having to restart my phone after every use samsung galaxy note 3.
All connected fine i can hear people talking but when i press the talk button in the app nothing happens. Samsung Galaxy s5
Times out connection so now useless Dev need to sort it out bet they won't

The English translation is still CRAP. The WiFi still will not work, I had to run 30 ft of cat 5 wire to get it to sometimes. When I try to look at a live video feed, it either sits on the fetching video screen or it crashes the program. The speaker in/output volume is still to quite. It still sucks my battery down at a crazy rate. Please fix all of the software & hardware bugs/problems or take the thing off the consumer market and off of Google Play. HAY GOOGLE, TAKE A LOOK AT THIS CRAP.
This is a great app but there should be feature that it runs in background automatically.

If it seems to loose connection try turning on Multi-window in phone settings and check the Display box.
Pls fix the lock release. Although it has 1-30 sec to choose, it only send a pulse for less than a second. So you can't really use the lock option. Also pls make the unlock with a 'hold' key, so the user will decide how long the lock should be released. Also make the Incoming sound via the speaker. Not the earphone. Kindly fix these pls
The lock release does not work even after setting the delay to 30 sec. The two way audio is not great either.
Video call alarm can be generated using video motion detector or PIR sensor and the sensibility can be set from 1 to 5 steps. The unlock function is strongly protected with a six digits code and you can choose between two different outputs for door and gate open. Well done Manufacturer
This thing totally kills battery life, the app works just fine, but it's so bad that I dont even use the wifi door bell, i ordered a simple wireless door bell. Sad, it really would have been great, took phone charge from 8 hours to 3.5

The app does what it says on the tin but it has cut my battery in half.
Display keeps on while application runs in background. Have to manually sleep the phone
ohhh yes the best
its crap at the same time. keeps screen awake. causes blank screens on nexus etc. buggy
Garbage can not link to phone . instruction not clear . never got it to work. pos
Using wifi bell for few days. The user manual was in English, which is gr8. But the written English is poor. The app is very basic and can hv better UI. The video sometimes takes time to open. This could be b'coz of wifi network. But mostly video is fine, particularly on 4g network. The biggest issue I hv is 2 way audio. It works but very poorly. It needs better codecs for 2 way transmission, and for me this is the most imp feature and a major let down. Earnestly request the company to improve audio
1- There is gap about 3 seconds after releasing mic or hold talk button which make you loose part of the person's at the doorbell reply, it will be beter if the conversation similar to phones. 2- Phone screen stays illuminated until you press on/off button. 3- 3G / 4G not working. 4- I made tests on Galaxy S5 android 5.0, Galaxy S3 android 4.3 and Iphone 5 and the result are same.
Bell is not detected with Android Lollipop!! I can only get it to work with an older tablet using Android 4.4.0 - so it won't wokr at all with my nexus 5 phone... Both user manual and voice prompts show VERY poor use of English, making it very difficult to understand what is going on. Pity, as it is a useful product.

It is weird that I cant use an email address with name.othername@xx.yy.Fix ?
Same as smartbell same software new name same issues AVIOD
Don't buy this this wifi doorbell if you need it to be wifi. I installed it, and tried to get the wifi to work, but soon found it kept dropping the wifi. So in my case I had cat5 wire to the front door bell so I just connected that. The way the wifi is suppose to work is you connect your cell phone to the doorbell wifi, and then it tries to register the doorbell to the software. This didn't work for me, so I used my cat5 wire instead and manually registered the doorbell to the software. I am able to answer my doorbell using my cell phone. There is about a 2 second delay when talking. It works when I am home or away. The documentation is poor. The translation from Chinese to English is poor. You must have the app running in the background on your phone for it to work (that can be good and bad). I like being able to answer my door when I am not home. I like being able to turn on.off voice prompts. I wish I could create my own voice prompts to replace the system default ones, which are poorly translated. I like that I can configure wait itmes, length of call, and monitoring time. I like that it has a motion sensor, and can alarm me even if the button isn't pushed.

The Android security update May 05 2017 has completely broken this app on Google Pixel.
