Mixed reviews here, but to be honest I find this app excellent. No problem on galaxy note 4. Have been using this app for some time now, pan and scan, auto focus, optical zoom, pre sets etc all working perfectly.

You need to improve the Remote video playback; it doesn't have controls (slider to move forward, pause, next file, fast forward). The Remote playback doesn't work outside the wireless local network. Also improve on the stream quality and fix the zoom and pan controls.

For a ODM that makes decent (for the most part ) cameras the software inside and outside of those cameras is generally something between bad and awful (there are some privacy concerns as well regarding the Linux based software but that's another story). Regarding this app in particular... I don't know if the app is bad or the Chinese servers are experiencing real difficulties getting through the Great Firewall.Camera is really, really slow in response (pan/tilt & image)with this app and internet connections are quite good​ around my parts. Long story short: I'm sure they can do better than this (srycam has a better app)and thank God for No-Ip or similar.

Does not work with phone network only wifi. Fix that bug devs. Tks.

Works great on Android phone & tablet but not able to install on Windows 10 pc? any advice please.

6 months at go I could not make this camera work for the life of me but I finally tried it one last time today and it works very nicely. Thank you for fixing the bugs

There was a log error and I could not use the darn camera!

Camera stopped working after a week. Customer support=ZERO. Wasted money for cheap quality merchandise.

Doesn't work with Glaxy S6 edge plus

The sowtware connects very long to cammera. Most often does not connect at all. Need some fixes in software

I bought 2 x Wanscam HD Ip cams. It recommended I download this app to set them up. What a waste of time instructions don't match the screen and it simply doesn't connect. All my old wifi ip cams are setup in minutes but this is just poorly written Chinese rubbish

For the price, it's ok. (2)WXH model, One month and working fine with no issues, only my XHA camera only lasted 4 days. Did try reset, delete and re install, Nothing work... Bought 2 more also 2 Xha, but the quality of image its terrible for HD, Wxh model are working OK, like I said for the price theory are OK, I have 2 UNIDEN cameras in front outside, paid 130 each. And have same Quality image.

I purchased two Wanscam HD 720P ip cameras processor ingenic T10 . instructions said to download E-View7 app and set up by using the one key and connecting to my ssid and password and the XHA start configuration waited 60 seconds and nothing connected Search failed. I'm using a Galaxy S6 Android ver.6.0.1 please fix this app or suggest different app. I don't think it's the cameras.

Could be problems with the camera I received but tried several times to connect camera with no result. Gives option to report but when attempt to report app turns itself off. A shame as camera manufacturer recommend this app. I purchases Wanscam model HW0036. Also the ID XHA configuration does not work

The problem is the length of the password, which is limited to12 symbols. In addition it doesn't accept special characters, which is disadvantage. Because of the first problem I need to change the password in all the devices in my home network, and it is not nice. Looks to me that just before the last update, the length wasn't a problem.

Wow. What a piece of junk. Fix it. Fix it now or I am returning the stupid cameras. What good are the cameras if the software doesn't work? So disappointed.

I can't use the XHA start configuration in ulefone paris android 6, I get e-view has stopped error so I can't setup wifi in my wifi only camera and can't use it. Older versions don't support my HW0036 XHA camera

To people having challenges in initial setup after trying for a week I performed a reset on the camera, even though it was out of the box. After pressing the reset button next to the SDCard slot with a pin and the camera announcing the reset was successful I was able to discover and install. Make sure the phone or tablet being used for setup and the camera are on the same 2.4 GHZ wireless network.

After the initial irritation of not getting it to connect I finally figured it out. After scanning the device name and entering the password admin five six times it didn't work but when I put my home network password it finally found the camera after I had reset it a couple times resetting maybe necessary when I heard it said connected I was shocked! I hope it connects to the camera when I'm not at home and I wish there was a motion record button

Every minutes viewing, it disconnected the camera by itself. Have to reconnect it again, sometime cannot reconnect again. Need to reboot phone. Poor programming.

Unable to connect to Baby cam HW0036. Tried many times,watched u-tube videos and contacted tech support. Worst app and terrible tech support. Junk.

Password issues. I can't enter my network wifi password because the software won't allow symbols like a $ or @ #&% etc.

I cannot get the camera to work. App installed, but will not hold the Wi-Fi password. Installed, uninstalled, reinstalled app. What am I doing wrong?

Alarms do not work. Ui is terrible. Settings are terrible. Unintuitive design. Bad camera control. All in all a bad app that mostly does not work and needs a lot of work.

With this New update it work great thanks for fixing bugs and adding new features. I would give 5 start if you could fix email alert. It's not working

Ordered a wanscam and it's working perfectly with this app. Have it setup on my phone and on my Android TV box in the bedroom. It watches our baby, just ordered another for the kids room.

I can't connect my cam with my phone. I followed all steps from manual but with no success :/

Just tired of trying to connect the camera.. keep saying "search failed" .. so disappointed!

The app does not allow all characters in the field where you type the wifi password, works with the web gui though. Occassionally crashes.

Since I got a new Internet provider at home, the cam won't connect. I use the search function find the camera, enter the correct user name and password, but then it still says device offline".

Won't accept special characters for password, update the app! It is useless now!!

App is free and it is very good. Has same bugs. Alarm warning often doesn't work is the major one. But for occasional surveilance it is good

The playback don't work or the email and when you click on the help it said error I've try looking for another app for these camera and no luck and last the picture is bad not clear at all now it won't even find the camera

Why I can not put # on my wifi password into the app. It is ridiculous.

Absolutely this is a excellent camera with its app.i purchased from banggood. It was easy to set up for me due to simple steps as I have no much knowledge of these things. My note 4 support well with this. Nice user interface, all function available in one window. 2 way audio excellent. Good image/video quality with crash free. Fast connecting in where ever I stay. Can monitor my house with rotating cam head. I don't know why people giving negative feed back. But with my experience I highly recommend this

If you own a Geeya cam C801 then this is the app for you. Since the end of 2015 I had to store the camera away as the original software stopped working and there has been no support from the manufacturer. Really please it works so well. Thanks E view7

I am using a Wanscam HW0041 camera. Pros: - Easy to use/install; - No need for advanced IT knowlege when setting up; Cons: - Audio is not working; - Microphone is working very badly; - Sometimes the application closes/does not respond for no reason;
