Fix the battery drain and I would be a nice working app.

Had an iPhone and it works perfectly, but all the android apps work once then you have to reset the app as the screen won't lock automatically again! Waste of time really. Very disappointed as I can't use

It works, kind of. All functions operate as they should but it crashes my phone if used with any kind of screenlock activated, only way to use is to disable screenlock. Hearing caller is almost impossible as they come through earpiece and not speaker and there is a delay after using the talk button meaning you miss what they are saying. Also this app drains the battery rapidly. **Update** I now use HBELL much better app and can use in landscape on tablet

There is NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. No Website on-line. NO PHONE NUMBER to call..This company does everything possible to hide from you the Customer...Not designed for Android. Kicks off Wi-Fi every 5 minutes. . I am very Techy and I cannot get this Video Doorbell to stay on line for more than the 5 minute set up time. Password is correct. App is running. Video feed shows until the 5 minute set up time period. Then it vanishes from the Wi-Fi.

Can't seem to make the camera work. Just fetches video until the connection time runs out. Not impressed by this doorbell if it doesn't work.

Would be much better if it had a push notification conserding that if you let it run in the background it drains the phone battery
