Pls extend recording time limit. it only records for like 30-40seconds per clip. Give setting for recording time limit, i want it to be aleast 1hour per clip.

Is imposible to connect to camera if the phone is conevted to 4G network, the apps work only if the camera and phone are in wifi conection

Reports invalid IS whether I manually enter DID or scan the qcode.

Latest update has broken this. When I move the camera it disconnects. Please fix, and will rate higher. Also, app has to be forced closed.

Good app but frame time very slow, need to update for more quality upgradation upon low internet usage.

I use this camera and app for a baby monitor, since the update it will not stay open and running on my screen, as soon as my screen locks the app closes.

Since the update, my rating has gone down. Hard to use as a baby monitor when the camera stops streaming once the screen shuts off (no audio, no visual... Use to be able to hear still, when screen went dark). Wi-Fi disconnects a lot and takes up a lot of data even when camera is not streaming. Also can no longer monitor outside of my home! This app is terrible! Users Beware!

Still keep running in background, there's no option to close the app. So stupid.

Newest update causing app to run in the background all the time killing my battery, no way to shut down app other than restarting my phone, also lost the ability to zoom, please fix this problem. I have had this app for 2 years & worked great until now, thanks

App works off and on not sure why because I have excellent Wi-Fi connection. I also don't see option to reset password. I am locked out and can't log back in to connect the camera back to my phone to view. Update as of 9/17/2017 - the camera wont show online now on my droid HTC phone. I've tried restarting the camera , adding deleting the app, restarting my modem and router. Nothing. It just won't show connect on my sisters iPhone either as it usually does. It's very frustrating when you try to rely on an app to watch over your home.

Can't exit app since the last update. This is a major negative for me and so had to drop rating from 5 stars to just 2 :-(

New 8.0.0.2 version is baaaad, lgg3 cant input new camera, crashing on any of the ways for input, fixxxxit.

Can't kill app after update. Also zoom not working, and when I press on camera in multiple camera view it stop stream from camera instead enlarge it. Very disappointed with the udate.

*EDIT* after multiple emails sent about the app being broken there is still no reply, really bad customer service! Was alright but the latest update stops me viewing recorded items on the SD card and I have to force close the app as there is no close function now, no option to roll back either

Updated recently and can't access the cam, will not allow me to enter username it has locked in the default user (admin) strangely though I can change the password but because the username is wrong I can't view it.

Not happy with the new update. App wants to keep running on the background. You used to be able to stop it from the stacked do menu, now you can't.

Use this as a baby monitor and since the update the camera will not run in the bacground. It turns off when the screen times out . Please fix ASAP

Not happy with the new update. I use the camera as a baby monitor at night and when I used to close the app the sound would remain playing so I would wake up if I could hear my baby. Now when I close the app or my phone falls asleep the sound stops immediately and there is no setting to change this, rendering this pretty much useless for me as a baby monitor.

Not happy with the new update I used the camera as a monitor for my baby as well and when the screen locks now the sound doesn't stay going. Fix this please
