C'mon people are you going to fix or what? I have a sg3 mini. Worked great before update. Works good on home network but it kicks me off on 4g.

How to view more than 1 cam..

Cant get it to connect at all. App closes automatically. Tried reinstalling many times, tried connecting camera many ways. Nothing worked. :(

When i connected the camera it force shuts every time and after that when i try to open the app it cl9ses in 1 to 2 secs.........very inconvenient!!

The app and the camera do not work together. the app keeps crashing and says the camera will not connect

No matter what i do it says invalid id, although the qr scan detects the id just fine. Even more, i can see the camera(and control ptz) with apps not even remotely connected with neo coolcam. WASTE OF TIME.

Force closes every time I try to add my camera after I entered the ID name leaving password blank . Just crashes . HTC M8 and my blu studio 5.0 lte app crashes .

Fix the app please keeps forcing shut everytime I try to open and install cam. Fix asap because I just wasted $200 on a camera and the app won't work!!!!!

Worst Ever App for IP CAM. I will return the camera to the store because the mainly use of this cam is using my android in the same wifi network to monitoring by baby.

2 problems so far are not detect sd cards and no motion alert even I turned on already

They need to fix the problem and I'll give you more stars

V bad... cannot view cam.. always hang.. have to constantly reset cam. Old app same problem.. not reliable at all...

The upgrade sucks,I can only view my camera if I am connected to the same wifi. Fix this issue please

Works fine when connected to same wifi as the cameras but once I leave and try to connect anywhere else in comes up invalid id.

It can't find the remote P2P camera. Only finds local network P2P camera. Manually add the remote P2P camera, it says it is invalid.

Why it is so slow? Whenever i try to move the camera it takes ages. What is the problem?

Finally works, Great job devs, when I first purchased my "NEEWER" IP CAM, (used) but in great shape I will add, the app did not work nor could I connect in anyway at all. I'm pleased to find that a couple months later I have connection on the first try without delay or problem one,this app works flawlessly and the ip cam is more than worth the $21.00 I spent (including shipping) which was free. To the point app works with lower end cam,but awesome functionality app great quality FREE app THANKS AGAIN!
