IBORESCOPE2 for Android
I got two of these crappy tools and neither one connect. WTF, why even put out a product that doesnt do what it says it does.
Just doesn't work, even when I manage working on another device the quality is awfully!!!!!!
Apparently the app with the logo for the tool doesn't work with the tool, at all
In our business it's not about the money it's about quality. This product from General Tools is crap. General Tools does make good products but this one doesn't meet anyone's standards. The joining app was put together without any forethought they just made it for this lousy product. Buy something else.
Got this thing working with 4.4 after getting a replacement iborescope. Went to use it after upgrading to 5.0.2 and the app won't connect to the scope anymore. There is just a connect message at the top. When I loaded this software on my 4.4 phone, connected right away and works as it should. So the problem is not with the software, it is something in 5.0.2 It would be nice if Android (google) would fix their wifi imcompatability with the iborescope.
Never could connect to my cam even if we were both on my network. I kept getting a view of another camera somewhere else.
The Note reports the CAMXXXX network as an unstable network and immediately disconnects. Even if you go under wifi/advanced settings, and untick "Auto network switch" it still doesn't work.
I do not understand why but this app used 1.3 gb of data transfer on my phone and I did not even use it, my next cell phone bill wont be pretty.
I cannot get it to connect. After the password it says I have no Internet connection. That after disconnecting a perfectly good Internet connection.
This app does not work on the Nexus7 tablet. It does not display what the Borescope2 sees. However I did get the iPhone app, Videoscope2, to work just fine with the Borescope. Update: I finally did get it to work with the Nexus7, but the app is not robust. After I connect to the wifi I have to start the app then exit it and then start it again to get it to work. And I have to exit the app using the power icon in the upper right corner.
Won't connect to LG Nexus 4
