The app itself is great and does what it says, however the battery drain is ridiculous. I now have to charge my phone 3 times a day. Fix the drain and I'll give it 5 stars

Added doorbell on wired network but it always says wrong password. Is there a default admin password? I tried the reset buttons several times without any result

It just sucks the life out of the battery. You can't know who's at you door if your battery is flat!!!

No option to delete call logs. Battery drainer, use app killer like (greenify) to disable app. Today i found to close notification by swiping drop down and long press on ipbell will open info popup and unmark the tick. Notifications will be stopped.

Internet availability should be optional. Secondly hold to talk should work in full duplex mode as well. Like real intercom.

Unsupported video codec. What do I need to get. Can't watch my recording

Works fine, but will drain you phone battery fast. Even when exiting the app.

It would be nice if you could change the voice to a different language or record a new voice message.

The app worked perfectly for only a day. Video and two-way audio was great. Then suddenly I couldn't hear the audio from the outside unit (the doorbell) though the person outside could hear me. Audio is now effectively one-way. I'm wondering how that could be fixed. I'm wondering if an upgrade could be helpful.

It's a nifty little gadget but I have a question / problem. I installed it initially with my iphone and it was fine - that was ADMIN, I'd added one user. But I've lost the phone so can't add another user and it says password is wrong for Admin but I know it's not. Anyway to reset back to factory so it forgets everything?.

Seems to be ON always and sucks power.. Will flatten a note 4 in 48 hours that's even if you don't use the phone for anything else

Great little app, works really well. But it is a massive hog on your battery. My Moto x style has great battery life but it's now struggling to get a full day with minimal use. If you could sort the battery drain it would be a five star app. I've knocked the original star rating of 3 down to 1. The battery drain is just unbelievable, my phone today hasn't even made it through half the day and IPBell has used a massive 68% of the battery. It keeps the mobile radio active constantly, which is no good.

Cannot add doorbell over wired connection. Wont accept any password (even after reset using the white button as per instructions), just returns to door bell list showing no doorbells. Also wont install on default nexus 7 devices (lollipop). Installs on marshmellow.

Can't change the default ring tone of the app even if select a different mp3!!! Plays some Chinese music as a default ring tone.

My bell is always offline and no idea what to do and who to contact to resolve it!!!

Latest update please have option to disable notifications all together

Uses too much power. You need to shut it down after you are notified. Otherwise it kills your battery. Notification stays on your device all the time. Was OK before update.

App does not save chosen bell ring. Returns to no sound every time you come out. Very intermittent sending of push message to mobile devices.

When the app is launched it continuously tries to fetch videos. The timer runs out and the app closes. Also can't hear the visitor talking. The doorbell is connected to my WiFi so it may have to be connected with a cable. My signal strength is 60%. Buggy app.

In desperate need of an update to fix a few bugs and add some simple features. Phone doesn't unlock when answering a call...

Dev forget aboout this app. It draoins battery like a hoover.

No auto launch, drains battery when running, maintenance options bad. Option to mute alarm would be nice.

Downloaded the app and accidentally pressed update and now can't get kdoor factory password to work

It can be great by a good software update... Anyways all those who are having password issues please reset the device the button u r pressing is not the factory reset button actually the button is in white color just beside the wire connecting the bell hold it for 5 seconds and more u will be prompted and good to go again...

I would like the app to be able to distinguish between wan & lan connection and improve the picture quality. Clearing old notification after 10 days or a month would be another nice feature to have. And also another would be nice to have feature is always awake. Now I am using Auto start and Stay to keep this app

Kudos to the developer. May I request that you add the option to keep the app open at all times, so as to not miss calls?

Drains the battery on s6 edge

Since i updated my device with your software I cannot connect with my password. I pressed the reset button nothing. What is the default password ?? Help please

Don't want records sent much. My phone is blowing up with notifications. Also, I wanna delete old records, pics, & video.

I would love if you could delete old video/pictures of people that came to your door from the app instead of individually hunting for them through your whole phone. Also the app still has a lot of bugs.

Fix the damn app to allow the camera to connect besides local lan. This is pointless if you cant access your camera from everywhere. Typical China apps

1- There is gap about 3 seconds after releasing mic or hold talk button which make you loose part of the person's at the doorbell reply, it will be beter if the conversation similar to phones. 2- Phone screen stays illuminated until you press on/off button. 3- 3G / 4G not working. 4- I made tests on Galaxy S5 android 5.0, Galaxy S3 android 4.3 and Iphone 5 and the result are same.
