It doesn't work on my galaxy s6. It used to work on my old phone. It keeps saying incorrect password or username but they're exactly the same as on the bottom of the camera. I've scanned the QR code and LAN but it still says it's incorrect

Up until recently it has been great, since the update it though it does not recognize my user name and password even though they have not changed!? Now I have two cameras which I cannot use...waste

keeps saying offline. Followed online instructions and nothing changes

I bought this camera but as app is no more working I am going to return and ask for money

Works really well on my old Samsung phone, nice one ;-)

It works fine on nexus5 5.0

Worked well on my HTC but since getting a new phone the exit button no longer appears, presume it's something to do with the app not set up with the phones resolution. Means app is constantly running in background - please fix asap

i have this camera installed , when it works is brilliant the trouble is it only lasts a 3/4 minutes and it freezes requiring to restart my tablet to restore connection for another 3/4 minutes i am afraid it only gets 1 star from me

Takes ages to connect to the camera, then loses connection within seconds of connecting.

Won't save camera therefore can't use. Money wasted.

Somehow it does not seem to work at all!! 1. the PC program works fine on my network thus network (LAN and WLAN) hardware is oke (audio, video, movement, network) 2. this APP is not able to store the recognised IPcamera ID so that no actions can be performed. tested with version V.2.9.9.1 on Android 5..0.1 phone and Android 4.1.1 tablet. This App from Lidl - Kompernass is useless. Note Foscam IP camera app works without a hitch+ it´s this Lidl app that does not work.

With the latest update it gets stuck asking for a password change then won't let you change it as you don't have the administrator privilege level.Avoid if possible, only pc program works

Streams images from home 2 cams. From Spanish hotel wifi, picture & video shots taken. Lan connection at home. Used with Samsung s5 phone & tablet

A clever piece of kit is let down by a poor written software, crashes all the time. Most annoying and frustrating.

Seems to work ok when at home with my android tablet but very intermittent funtioning via my Android phone , continually getting message -connection failed ?

It crashes every time I try to use sound. It does not work flawless at all. Quite clunky and poor quality

Very glitchy over anything other than wifi connection and I can't shut the app down. Please fix on next update

Very clunky and does not have a option to switch off the application, which drains the battery on the tablet or phone.

On iPad the app works fine. But the android app on my nexus 5 did not work the way it should. Deleted the camera and brought it up again. Works now.

No issues, works fine with my SGS IV on Lolipop. Easy installation and simple menu. For home/baby watch no more is required.

Can not add the camera. It is crashing on add button. Sucks... on apple is working

Why does this run in the background. Turned off all alarms and gone through 4 Gb of data!

Works perfect. No issues at all. Setting up email is a bit complicated. Will figure it from manual.

Software is rubbish only works indoors which is a waste of time,if you cannot monitor it away from home!!!! Get it sorted.!!!!!!

Keeps timing out when trying to connect tried resetting but problem is still there. Will be taking it back..

Nice idea but does not work. You spend 5 hours reading and trying. At the end, not everything works, crashing and annoying, head aches. Needs a lot to improve. Leave it now. I am not a beginner. I work in IT and Controlling systems. Good luck if you want to try it.
