It works under wifi and as soon as u are at mobile data it will be offline and show Invalid ID. I am uninstalling it. I am using now 'eyecloud' from play store without any issues.

Easy to install and works well and easy to install. Does lots of things

The program loses contact with camera within a few hours. Even though the camera is online, this program shows it offline even though when you ask it to search, it finds the camera, but then says it's offline as I'm logging into it using my desktop. Not a reliable product, not worth downloading. Send the camera back too.
