LAS Cargo Buddy

LogicAll Solutions (LAS) has an app that will put the droid to work keeping tabs on your shipments. Get the cheapest droid with the cheapest plan, install the LAS Cargo Buddy app, turn on the GPS, put the phone into something to keep it clean and dry, and put that container in with your cargo/shipment. If the phone can get a signal, it will report your cargo's location and status.

The LAS Cargo Buddy monitors and uploads the phone's GPS coordinates, temperature, and the highest shock/vibe reading every five minutes. If your produce shipments are coming in damaged or ruined due to loss of cooling or a rough ride, you'll have that evidence recorded on a website and accessable from anywhere in the world. Each phone can have it's own ID, so you can monitor multiple shipments or multiple crates in one shipment. The information is available in a datalog format on our website.

Go to http://gps.logicallsolutions.net/mt/CARGO to view the current location of your shipment (as reported by the Droid phone). Subscriptions are available to have your phone(s) report to a private website, or by default the App reports to a public LogicAll Solutions website accessed from www.LogicAllSolutions.net.
