How to create a credit note or refund？

I have use more than 4 months, only the problem is cannot backup the database when switch to my new phone even backup and restored by using huawei p10+ usb otg backup also all the database will be gone?? so hv consider to quit this APP cause alot the database has been lose when change to new phone.

Wonderful app looking for this type of app....

Perfect apps. Only minor bug when printing on 50mm Bluetooth printer. The item description not align properly. I hope that it can improve on next version and print perfectly on 50mm printer.

Although changed currency symbol in settings and actual printout reflects the change, you still see RM when viewing the Invoice Documents list. Changing the running/starting Invoice numbers doesn't work properly even after restarting the app, meaning I have to manually amend the Invoice number every time. Small bugs but it works and makes a small business look more creditable in the eyes of the customer.

This is the best software I have found so far to suit the 80mm printer I got from Malaysia. Can we adjust to New Zealand GST. Happy to pay for alteration
