Gaspy - NZ Fuel Prices

Decent enough. With the recent fuel shortages, could do with a "no stock" option, instead of only price confirmation.

Having to have location on is a pain my battery power disappears fast. Being able to save a preferred station would be better, save having to search for it.

This App does the job and gives u curent prices of all petrol stations. I think this is what we need and this is what the app is designed for. So dont worry about some of the nonsense reviews and definitely try this app

On start up looks for location thru gps.. If doesn't find location app will not start. Need a function to simply have stored locations) and/or stop search then select a location

Good app, but still need to double check price on pump. Prices can move fast. Great to be part of the carmunity.

App doesn't work without location and it doesn't start location service

Lightweight and does the job perfectly, unlike our local gas price app, please expand to Australia!

Awesome. After doing an exercise comparing prices tonight I thought there should be an app for this using community updates. What do you know there us one and it is accurate.

You shouldn't have to sign up to look at prices. Uninstalled.

Happy to update prices but don't want to have to provide location data. - uninstalled.

I type in Glenfield as my location and it gives me prices for Epson and Avondale.

Great app, It would be awesome though to be able to see all the fuel prices on a map to better visualize where prices are cheap.

Having to give your email and personal details is a big no no. Leads to spam and more scams

Brilliant concept, but this app will only ever be as good as the data provided by its users. To encourage more price updates, why not integrate a fuel economy monitor similar to GasRecord? Statistical analysis of fuel price trends could perhaps be used to pave over missing data by providing price estimates (make these obvious, e.g. by appending a question mark)

Great. Saved 22c a litre by going to a different station. About time this was done. Saved 28 c a litre by driving 4km extra. 60 litres . So saved $16.80 over the local station price. Only 4km away.

This is the first time I have been able to really compare and choose my fuel supplier. Beautifully crafted and so well placed where fuel industry watchdogs are rare.

Awesome that we have something like this in NZ. Works good and is great for students like me trying to get the most out of my money. Keep up the good work.

Love the app. But I agree that its only as useful as it's users. I've noticed that price can change in 24hrs so it does reply on people to update & confirm prices regularly to keep prices accurate.

Wanted too much of my personal info to just even try to get it to work. Deleted.

This App should be built into every car sold in NZ. It may be the only way we can control fuel prices. The NZ Govt. can't or wont!
