Doesn't give alerts any more. I used to really like this app but it doesn't do anything now. Waste of time

Worked great for two years, couldn't find new address. Not to worry, uninstall and reinstall and it works fine again. Just had to do it once so far, so no big deal.

As others have said doesn't notify me anymore to put my bins out. Not very useful

I cannot set up a new address on the app. When trying to save the address I have selected, it goes back to the address screen being blank.

App is a waste of time doesn't give reminders at all don't bother installing it

What's the point of having a function to set alerts when they NEVER work!!!! Useless app!

Useless on Android and I work on the internet for a living,

Bought mobile from different country and can't download app due to zoning restriction. Would be good if someone resolve this ASAP.

Otherwise awesome idea if it worked

No alerts anymore. Won't recognize my address. Used to like this app. Not a huge amount of use now. Edit: App updated 3/5. Now finds address. Still doesn't show any collection data after saving. Still useless. Updated 27/5/16 - advice from creators to uninstall and reinstall. Address is found and saved now. All good again Hooray! Thanks to the app makers.

Great app when I forget what week it is. Just refresh and it comes up. I don't need to use notifications. Hope it tells you if your day changes due to a public holiday etc.

Today is my collection day it alerted me to that at 6pm. Would of been nice last night not at 6pm on the day of collection.

The reminder feature is the key benefit of this app. But limiting it to no earlier than 5pm the night before is just plain dumb because real life doesn't conform to your recommendations (think people who travel, work long shifts etc). Make it more flexible - up to a day ahead, with suitable warnings if you really must - and it would be a 5 star app. If the reminder to bring the bins in is NOT optional that's a bad decision also (haven't got that far yet).

Upgraded to new Samsung note 5 and app will not give alert to put bins out. It will alert to bring in. Mother also has same phone and she is experiencing the same glitch. Have tried uninstall and reinstall - didn't fix. CCC hopefully will fix with next update. .please.

Was great, the app can no longer find my address. Re-downloaded and tried other known addresses around the city, no luck!

Lol not that I need reminder of when to put the bins out since I just look at what the neighbors put out but it's good.

Dont have to guess which bin to put out or look up and down the street before guessing.

The app can not find my street and emailing support is ignored so like CCC!!

Was working. Now it won't refresh or add a new address

Thanks for making this app. I find it very helpful to be reminded which bins to bring out and to bring them back in. So far the scheduling has been correct, but there haven't been any holidays on my scheduled rubbish day that I could verify the app recognises.

Loved this app at previous address, but have moved and my entire street is not coming up either via website or app

Why is my address not found? I'll just have to settle for using my neighbors address instead! Why can't you just put in st name as I'm sure the rest of my street have the same collection day.

Great for disorganized people such as myself!

Gives an annoying "bring bin in" notification which I can not disable.
