Auckland Council

Have plenty of information, though most are either hard to use/find, or obsolete. For instance, if I want to find a nearby toilet I either have to browse through hundreds of the search results and assuming I know where each suburbs are located, or I have to know either the name of nearby facility or suburb where I'm currently in; why can't it uses the GPS location and filters out the irrelevant information? Uninstall!

It gets 1 star because it stop working so damn often - uninstalled.

Needs more function. People want to be able to register a complaint without having to waste time calling

An updated splash screen requires me to give you access to call infirmation and device id? No.

A splash screen shouldn't need device and call info. Also needs a lot more work than a splash screen change!

This app used to work fine but now just shows a blank screen with 8 tiny dots in the centre. I am operating a Samsung GT-I9195 using Android version 4.4.2

It used to work just fine, but since the upgrade to the current latest Android version 5.0.2, it stopped working, it only displays the splash screen, then it stuck on a white blank page with some dots line. I tried uninstalling it then re-installing it, but no luck! Do this App developers read these comments??? My phone is Sony Xperia Z1

Install then I uninstall. Show error. Better belongs in the bin.

I know we can't escape death and taxes or rates but surely there must be a way to exit this app. I installed it 36 hours ago but it started itself this evening

Buggy and almost unusable. Was somebody actually paid to develop this app? Does not include good/any error handling and does not seem to have been adequately tested.

downloaded the app so I wouldn't have to keep entering my address in the council's mobile site. Turns out the app doesn't store the address.

I don't have many apps running and I am very careful about what app I install. Even restarting several times didn't solve the problem. Uninstalled it.

Apparently my house isn't in the Auckland council area .Guess I can ignore the rates demands they send me
