Goody Card

I had the app and it was working just fine. Then for some reason all my history AND CREDIT just disappeared. Then, after submitting a bad review, Goody contacted me and sorted the problem out. Thanks Goody

Not all, but some stores don't honour coupons, New Market Southern Maid made up an elaborate lie just to avoid me redeeming the 25% off discount... Just unsure why the discount voucher even exists then.

Wont let me login with email, says password is incorrect when it works fine on website

It took a fair bit of time to get the app working (3h), but it got there in the end. All I wanted was the barcode on my phone so I don't have to take the card with me, it appears adequate for that.

This app is not okay because when I visit cafe two times a day. At second time, it cannot collect points it said duplicate.

Awesome app... use it alot! Love that I can scan the card from my phone. No need to carry the card around!

Started off as a great app, but too many businesses that I shop with have dropped off. Especially annoying when it happens just as you finally reach a decent reward. Also very frustrating to see 'cancelled' businesses still showing in the app. Very misleading. ADDENDUM: In response to the developer's reply - This app is the front page of your loyalty programme. The app is nothing without the programme behind it, so reviewing one is in effect reviewing both. While you have brought on some big brands, support for this is erratic. eg. Caltex & McDonalds - not all locations participate, causing confusion and dissatisfaction. Looking JUST at the app - awkward to look at and use, finding things (such as CURRENT businesses only) is nigh on impossible, and crashes often under Android 6 & 7.

Went to caltex to buy petrol, showed my goodycard to get points, and nope, no one knows what it is.. But the app shows caltex on nearby icon.. Whats happening?

Not a lot of good to me. Just used it for fun. Probably wont get to NZ again. Should have got a Macca card. When R U coming to Aust?

Works great! I'm not going to gripe or otherwise about which participating businesses know or do what, but rather, just rate the app on what it does and how it does it... and after giving it the once over I can honestly say that it performs flawlessly for me! Great work devs, happy to keep this stable app on my phone :)

Awesome idea, love the fact that the app can be scanned for forgetful people like me who forget their key card. Perfect for students too

Had a problem with only giving you 5 points with ordering more than 1 coffee at mc cafe but goody card got back to me and are going to train the staff st mc donalds on how to make sure they add bonus points if you order more than 1 coffee.

Got this meaningless message twice when trying to sign up: "Something went wrong please try again". Stupid app removed.

App is to replace card. It gives total points but does not show history. You still have to go into the store for that.

This app is an excellent app although some stores and restaurants expect too much to be spent with very little reward but such a good idea and am looking forward to my half price treatment as mess :) very good

I've had no issues with the app itself (nice clean UI design - let's you access what you need to without exposing too much of the techie stuff under the hood). The 1st scan points issue is annoying, but this seems to be more of an education/apathy/laziness issue with that business' staff (they've got the card to add the points at the time of sale) - Otherwise contact the support team on team@goodycard.nz - they seem to actually monitor & reply to these comments more than others

4 Stars... They need cupons. No one has cupobs!!

The APP only gives you points per transaction and only redeamable at the shop of transaction. Under paper system at McDonalds if I bought 2 coffees I got 2 holes on my Loyalty Card redeamable at any McDonalds. Now I get 5 points only redeamable at the store I used the card in. If Goody want us to use their card the points should total across all their businesses to encourage us to use the card. Oh - one day I bought two separate coffees and used the card. My balance says duplicate entry and gave me NO point

My coffee shop has changed to your system. I used to get loyalty points per coffee now I only get points per scan/visit. It will take at least twice as long to get my free coffee. Where's the gain in that. Moving on.

Staff seem confused about how it operates. Result basically is less rewards. Go back to paper card system

after reading a few reviews.... esp from seager..... I have to say.... WHY does the customer be to ask for bonus points? the whole purpose of using this app or card is to make it simpler and easier to use for customer and retailer.....

Not reliable getting ripped off with points. Anyone that has half a brain will work it out. Old punch card system was fare, this is not. If you buy 2 coffees you get 5 points which is equivalent to one hole punch. in same visit, if you buy more coffees and scan, you get no points and on your history it will come up duplicate scan. So system designed to rip off the unaware!!!! You have to ask staff member to award you the extra points for extra purchases otherwise a scan only awards you 5 points each visit.

Seems to work OK. One suggestion - can you make it more obvious the transaction's been accepted when the bar code is scanned? A small confirmation logo or message would be useful.

Worked fine when I joined and that's it. Second time I used it the iPad said it wasn't connected to Wi-Fi but I'd get a email and my points the next time it was - never got the email or points. Last time I tried to use it BUYING gas and the man told me I could only use it if I was BUYING something. Sort it out or shut it Down. Haha not to mention it thinks ponsonby is 1.9kms away from Massey. Whoever you paid to develop the app ripped you off

Coffees

Had to download this stupid app for Lumino. Registered today and it wont let me log in, says incorrect password. I reset password and still same issue. Absolutely rubbish, might be switching dentists also.
