App is OK, but not exactly intuitive. Also - how do you contact someone about possible lost property in a zoomy?

Not working on android as at 29/10/17. Cannot request ride, see map or enter address

Tried to sign up. The app said it couldn't complete the request- with no explanation. Tried again and it now says my email address is already linked to an account (it's not). Sort the bugs.

It crashes all the time when I open the app....

App needs some serious work. It doesn't appear to obey any Android design principles (or iOS for that matter) with bizarre early 2000s curves and bevels all over it. It also has some serious issues with input; it doesn't seem to respect autocorrect changes (i.e. change to suggested word on space, remove accidental periods etc). UX is not great with parts of the UI disappearing or just not working. Also the accuracy of GPS for the pickup is terrible; my driver drove past me thinking I was at the other end of the block (my pickup location in app was where I was standing on ordering but it seems the driver is given a pretty imprecise guide to pickup). I'll give it another chance in a few months but for now, back to Uber I go.

Made me add a credit card to tell me theres no zoomy in Queenstown. Stupid app.

Says my number is already in use (it's not trying to sign up for first time). So can't sign up. Have searched my emails and nothing there indicating a pervious signup.

I have reported many issues even offered to help with testing but nothing ever gets fixed. drivers regularly cancels rides.

Can be done better. I have no more trust i can only survive on Zoomy, if we want to work exclusively.

Asks for way too many permissions. Love the concept, but you don't need my browsing history.

Seriously? I have to pay because he stopped on the wrong side of the road and he literally only waited 30 seconds for me to cross the road to get to him. And worse than that he only took me halfway home and cost the same amount as an Uber ride home during peak. This is so expensive.

Having issues with this app regarding location permissions. The app has a bug and is not working. Have contacted Zoomy support but have had no success in resolving this issue.

I like the zoomy services but the app is just not as user friendly as I would like it to be. Please get on board with how uber does their app

New update means price surge at 'peak hours'. Even if demand isn't high at that time (unlike uber). Quoted me double my usual fare, but there were 10+ drivers on the road... Knew zoomy was too good a deal to last

Good idea to add some sort of surge pricing except now it's always pricier than Uber during certain times even if Uber doesn't have a surge going

There are still a few bugs. But it's an easy to use app.. I found though its very similar pricing to uber, but it's great it's an nz company.

Pays their drivers better than UBER .NZ company.

The app is rubbish. Laggy, buggy, and generally unpleasant to use. If they weren't offering such a major discount right now I'd still be using Uber without hesitation.

Won't accept cellphone numbers 11 digits long, even though it's perfectly valid. Back to uber.

Would rather support a kiwi based comapny than have our money funnelled overseas. Haven't had a bad experience with the app yet - but usability and fonts etc need some work.

This is a great app, very useful and provides cheap rides. The UI sometimes is a bit slow and looks a bit outdated, but otherwise no complaints.

Seems like most taxi drivers don't press start on the phone app, so zoomy thinks we never got picked up. Therefore features during rides won't work.

I can't know how much time a driver might take to pick me up before finalising the request, I can't choose to have only well rated drivers picking me up, they cancel when they realise a booking is for the next morning, and too many times there are no drivers available even in the centre of Auckland... And the app is battery hungry. The app and service failed me too many times. I'm out.

After some upgrades Zoomy is now fantastic.

4 star based on the idea alone. I'll bump to 5 if I can order whilst maggot on Courtney place. Cheers
