Current update still crashes after initial install. Devs haven't listened to user feedback so Z is looking pretty average as a result

Crashes while opening it

Started out fine and I was all set but got to the fuel station and the app won't open. Hasn't opened since. Shame as I was looking forward to my free coffee and discounted fuel. Disappointing.

The app worked fine on my old phone. Now it will only work when i open app through google play (and I only thought to try that because i read that in someone else's review).

Fly buys card doesn't won't scan at pos

When I first downloaded this app and tried to open it, it keep saying that it could not open (crashed). I tried this multiple times and still the same thing, but I opened the app again through Google Play and now the app is working. Now that it does work I will then wait and see if it will work at z

Would be great if more and GOOD fuel discounts are given through the app. Most other petrol stations are constantly doing great deals like saving 10+cents every other week or so, but Z does a 6 cents promotion like once a month and they act like it's the best thing on the market. Come on guys, you can do better.

Pressed the "redeem" button on entering the store. Loading symbol appeared and didn't go any further. Tried again, no change. Fully closed the app and reopened and the app showed a loading symbol too. Pressed redeem, waited 20 seconds twiddling my thumbs and gave up. Got home, opened the app and it said voucher redeemed. Don't waste your time with this.

Unable to use app because it keeps crashing when I try to open it. Judging from the reviews on here it seems to be a common problem. Also doesn't seem that Z is doing anything to fix it since the last update was in Dec 2016. Disappointing.

Crashes each time I tried using it to get my discount. Easier just to fill-up elsewhere

The app crashes every time I open it on my phone. I have to go through the play store to open it. It's​ not up to date on current Z promotions. Currently, there is an airpoints promotion taking place at Z, but it's not mentioned on the app.

Are you going to push a fix anytime soon? It keeps crashing every time I open it. Not possible to use at all.

Why do i have to register i dont want to be a mrmber just see where your stations are

When registering, app sent a code with a 0 in it and the pin pad has no 0 button. Resending code doesnt regenerate the number either so totally useless to me.

Doesn't even boot up. What a waste of space

Nice loyalty card app, no need to card paper cards and occasionally free coffee too!

The separation of Flybuys and Airpoints is confusing at best - and this app doesn't help. Can't load Airpoints details. Some offers only limited to Flybuys, and not the other. What a mess!

I keep getting notifications that I have a petrol discount voucher. I can read the notification preview and see the petrol discount, but as soon as I open the app, the voucher has vanished. Complete waste of time.

Great app but now that fly buys and Airpoints are separated I can't add my Airpoints card as it says it needs to start with 6014 which is fly buys

bullshit app .doesnt work.wont scan wont allow new download wont put in gas stn .go back to stamps

I get a push notification to phone which I can't read total message and when I click it just goes to home page

Thanks for the couple of vouchers. Can't think of anything else to improve the app.

Was not working with Android N however after email to devs the app was fixed in a couple of days :)

Updated & it asks to scan your Flybys card.. scanning function doesn't work. Pitch black screen

Doesn't matter what I do the app will not scan my card. Have read the help info and followed the instructions but it just won't capture it. Need to add an option to add card number manually.
