Christchurch Metro

Needs dark theme & estimated arrival time back, it was subtle at first but this app lost a LOT of functionality in the last update. Edit: doesn't update in the background in multi window mode, makes supporting multi pointless.

This was a 5star app until the latest update! I'm gutted I rely on this app. Please put back the ETA and white text on dark background! I'm partially blind and preferred it the way it was! I have to walk for 10mins to get to my bus stop if I don't know the ETA I can see me missing a lot of buses! It's inconvenient to have to check the timetable on the website then go back to the app a waste of time! Please fix this!

I love this app have used it since it was released years ago. But they really need too fix it after the last update.. i want eta time back please.... make life easier i dont wanna have too work it out everytime. 5 stars when this is fixxed...

Was pretty good as of the last update only shows how far out the bus is no eta like it used to.

ETA was one of the few good features, allowed me to plan ahead and leave at certian times. Please return this feature, as it is very useful.

This app has nailed it with the latest update. Especially like the auto refresh and white background. Fast loading easy setup etc make it far better than the alternatives. Thanks

Liking the new coloured bus routes on the map and the automatic refresh but I'm really missing the eta time.

It's a good app is it possible to add vehicle numbers and it's still buggy

It needs a alert sound for the notifications as I commonly have my phone in my pocket and miss the notifications

This is really badly written and not at all intuitive. I have to manually add each favorite stop and you can't do anything from the map. The map doesn't tell you the stop number, the search comes up with multiple results with the same name. There's no way to tell you how long between stops, the problems just keep going, it's utterly unuseful.

The app freezes a lot and/or won't upload timetable/gps info, unfortunately it usually occurs at that crucial point of needing to know it. Am hoping the issues have been/can be resolved as otherwise it's a great tool for using public transport in Chch.

Deleted. Too clunky and unintuitive. Prefer website.

A great app allows me to be able to bookmark bus stops but I think what would be great would be is if you could rename the bookmarked bus stops to something a bit more memorable if you had a lot of them saved

The app works flawlessly for myself but it is very simple on usefulness and features. No offence to the developer, it does the job but my expectations were too high when I installed it. Google maps seems to have more useful features at least for myself.

I am unable to select the stops from the map and search the street or stop.

960 route not coming up now? Very frustrating as I transfer yo this limited service.

Couldn't access a menu to view routes.

Edit - it's working great, disregard my issues from before. 5stars now :) old review: Application functions very well on the whole. A couple of glitches with the favourites options and on my new g3 that lacks an options button I can't actually use it! But on the whole with my old phone it worked fantastically

Edit: hurrah this now works on my Samsung S5! A bit clunky, but does the job. Thanks for modifying to include a wider range of phones.

Update: Notifications don't sound anymore, causing some close calls to missing buses! Would be fantastic if this could be resolved. Otherwise new app works well. Previous review: Prompt and helpful response to last review with complaint, explained how to solve the problems I was having and app seems to be working well! Thank you :)

The notification sound doesn't work anymore since the last update and I can't open the preferences tab. I rely alot on the notifications and have almost missed a couple of buses. Actually none of the menu options now work for me like central station, my location, preferences etc. I had no issues before (Samsung s3)

Much better since update. Thank you. Unable to use this App with my new phone. Was an excellent App otherwise with my old S4. Update due then I'll change my rating.

Not useful. Menus and buttons unresponsive. Can't add stops to favorites & search isn't working.

This is an amazing app but the latest update caused huge battery drain and keeps my phone's GPS running all day.

Why is this app not promoted by Metroinfo best app easy to use.

Worked on previous phones but not on Huawei Y6.
